  I'm so sorry to hear! Just remember you did everything right and that m/c at this stage are due to chromosomal abnormalities.Try to take care of yourself and do whatever feels right to you to grieve. I know how devastating a loss can be......I'm currently going through my 2nd m/c. Please feel free to send me a pm if you need someone to talk to!

  Misoprostol vaginally versus orally can be a little less traumatic, avoid the whole body sick and nausea. Maybe something to ask your doctor about❤️

  @halfthetree That is actually what my doctor recommended. I've been researching people's experiences to get a sense of what to expect. Unfortunately I get nauseous with pain meds so the strongest thing I can take is Aleve. I'm just preparing for a day of feeling terrible. Thank you for the thoughts and advice.

  @riverraine It can be more intense cramping when inserted vaginally, but still was on the same level as a spontaneous miscarriage (in my unfortunate experience). Maybe taking aleve 20 mins before you insert, have a rice bag, cup of tea and good movies ready to go will help the day be just a bit less crappy.

  @riverraine I don't know if it's too late to offer help, but I found a heating pad really, really helped when I was lying down. In between reclining sessions, walking was really helpful and I could actually see why people say it's helpful to be able to walk around during labor. It will be a really sh***y 24 hours but then you'll be back to normal and able to try again soon. Also, I took misoprostol orally but let it dissolve between my cheek and my gum, as directed by my doctor. Worked perfectly. xo
