  • Phew! I can't imagine working in politics this year! Good luck to you in these last few weeks!
  • For real, that must be a stressful job, regardless of political affiliation!
I feel the same as you with the pregnancy, it's our last and 3rd baby. While this pregnancy is much harder than the other 2, I'm trying to enjoy it because the chances of it happening again are less than 1%.
I've never used an Owlet, but my paranoia is creeping up and I feel like I need one to have a little peace of mind.

We watch ancient aliens once in a while, and the guys hair always gets me. He is talking and I'm just staring at his hair!

  • @yellingbanana- I swear that's the only reason I watch it- that guy's hair is large enough to intercept any "alien communication!" haha. :) I just find the whole process of the show interesting to see why other people believe that ancient aliens have come to Earth.

I know it so deviates from my real life and I think that's why I watch it in part because I don't have to think or really concentrate to watch the show.  It's absolutely my guilty pleasure show.  Should I have even admitted that?!?!

  • @phoebecar I love Outlander as well. Have you read the books? They are even better than the show I think. Love it!

  • I haven't watched any of the Outlander series yet, but I read the first 4 books. I am taking a little break from Jamie and Claire before deciding if I want to continue to read the rest of the series that seems to continue on for many more books. I've heard good things about the show and need to watch it, but the first couple of books were AMAZING!
  • @acreight13- yes I've read the books.  Most of them I loved but I really love seeing the world that  Diana Gabaldon created come to life on screen. I feel like the actors hired to portray Jamie and Claire were spot on! I also loved Murtag and Dougal too. And the actor hired to play Black Jack still makes my skin crawl, I think even more so than the book series.  I think that's why I might prefer the TV series to the books (or at least seasons 1 and 2) @AbriannaO. I think you'd really like the series. It's well worth a watch.
