  @MrsFox2008 and @KMD1106  I found this awesome tutorial on TTGP.  I would also add to it that when I'm on my desktop, I have to actually right click the gif and select "save picture as".  Then I save it to my desktop and drag it into the reply box on a thread.

  I use giphy.com most of the time on both my phone and computer. Once I find the gif I will use, I will open it as an image only in a new window (as seen in screenshot), copy the url then paste the image url (through the attach image button) and hit enter. Once it shows up I'll hit the reply button.
