How far along are you? 19w

How big is baby? Hedgehog, Hotdog, Sunglasses, Gameboy... Take your pick! I love them all

Upcoming appointments this week? If not, when is your next appointment? I finally had my anatomy scan!!! Our baby GIRL was moving around like crazy and even did a few flips and somersaults which was crazy amazing to watch. I was in tears for most of the scan - every time they told me that another part of my baby was healthy I would become overwhelmingly happy. It's a good week for me.

Any new symptoms or changes? Nothing really new - still a little movement, but no distinct kicks yet. Still feeling round ligament pain.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I bought one pair of maternity work pants and one pair of maternity jeans thinking I could get away with only that purchase for my entire pregnancy. Lo and behold, my jeans already have a (Expletive) hole in them! Considering how much I spent on them, I am livid.

GTKY: What do you love most about the place you live (could be neighborhood, city, state, etc.)? Are you originally from there, or a transplant? Originally from Texas, but I have lived in North Carolina for 7 years now. I won't go into my favorite things about Texas because, like most Texans, I was raised from a young age to be completely inexplicably proud of my state - a list of things I love would take forever. As for NC, I love the friendliness of the people here and the BBQ - including the hushpuppies and fresh squeezed lemonaid. Nothing beats Southern food in my mind!

How big is baby? a pint of beer... I miss beer..

Upcoming appointments this week? If not, when is your next appointment? Just had one this week so next one is in a month

Any new symptoms or changes? Baby girl is getting much stronger and my belly is definitely growing exponentially

Rants/Raves/Questions? Teething is a bitch. DS is getting 6 teeth at once...'nuff said

GTKY: What do you love most about the place you live (could be neighborhood, city, state, etc.)? Are you originally from there, or a transplant? I love the scenery and changing leaves. We are stationed just outside of Boston but I grew up about 2 hours away in CT. I also love all of the apple and pumpkin picking and hay rides and cider donuts. mmmm...

How far along are you? - 21 weeks

How big is baby? Babies are the size of baseball caps (apparently approximately 10.5 inches long and 13 ounces......woah!

Upcoming appointments this week? If not, when is your next appointment? - I have a prenatal appointment on Wednesday and then fetal echocardiograms and a growth scan for the babies on Nov. 1st.

Any new symptoms or changes? - Feeling a lot more movement this week, a lot of back pain, and my sciatic nerve is going crazy!

GTKY: What do you love most about the place you live (could be neighborhood, city, state, etc.)? Are you originally from there, or a transplant? - I love the diversity. There are so many people from different cultures, backgrounds, etc. I am very excited about my kids being surrounded by all sorts of different people as they are growing up. I am originally from here...the furthest I have lived away from my hometown was when I was about 3 hours away for college.

How big is baby? Banana/axolotl (which is kinda cute!)

Upcoming appointments this week? If not, when is your next appointment? I had an appointment Monday to get my first progesterone shot (ouch!), and I have my anatomy scan on Tuesday. So exciting!

Any new symptoms or changes? Baby's kicks are getting much more forceful. I haven't had back pain, but I notice if I lay flat on the ground my back is out of whack.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I felt kind of crappy after my progesterone shot. Has anyone else had these? Is that normal?

GTKY: What do you love most about the place you live (could be neighborhood, city, state, etc.)? Are you originally from there, or a transplant? I was born in raised in my smallish city in Wisconsin, though I did live elsewhere for a couple of years in college. I love the small town feel, friendly people, access to great shopping and restaurants in other cities, and safety. Plus most of my family is here.

How big is baby? Size of a pepper

Upcoming appointments this week? If not, when is your next appointment? Nope, next one is my AS on Nov 1st

Any new symptoms or changes? I haven't felt the baby move. Not even once. With my son I felt him at 16 weeks on....... this is amazingly concerning.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Every every night I know that my nights of sleeping on my stomach are coming to an end. I hate side sleeping.

GTKY: What do you love most about the place you live (could be neighborhood, city, state, etc.)? Are you originally from there, or a transplant? I'm in the NE area as well. It's beautiful! Lived here since age 4.

How big is baby? Gameboy! Hahaha.

Upcoming appointments this week? If not, when is your next appointment? Had my regular appointment Wednesday that came with an unexpected anatomy scan. Baby boy is healthy!

Any new symptoms or changes? Not a whole lot. Eating smaller amounts more frequently.

Rants/Raves/Questions? How long can I force myself to wait to put the crib together and get the infant clothes out..

GTKY: What do you love most about the place you live (could be neighborhood, city, state, etc.)? Are you originally from there, or a transplant? I've lived in KS my whole life, but the town I live in now is much more open than the rest of the state. The people are really nice and it's a gorgeous part of the state.

How far along are you? 21 weeks

How big is baby? Well according to TB, baby is the size of....an endive. I had to look it up. Why on earth would they choose that of all possibilities?? Ovia says a baseball cap, which I like much better.

Upcoming appointments this week? If not, when is your next appointment?

I had my anatomy scan Tuesday.... it's a girl!!!! I'm so excited and nervous about a girl!

Any new symptoms or changes? Kicks all the time, surprisingly strong-- DH has been able to feel them too, which really surprised me because last time it took forever until he could feel anything!

Rants/Raves/Questions? Waking up every morning at 4am like clockwork because I'm STARVING-- not a fan. Also it seems the constipation had returned. Other than that, feeling pretty good!

GTKY: What do you love most about the place you live (could be neighborhood, city, state, etc.)? Are you originally from there, or a transplant? I like that my family is here. That's pretty much it. We decided to move back here when I got pregnant with DS because our families are here. But it's not a great place to live. In fact, we were very recently ranked the #1 most dangerous city with a population under 200,000 in the country. And NOBODY who lives here is the least bit surprised. It's bad.
