@SoonToBeMommaHowe I wouldn't worry about a bad egg if you are within a few days or normal O. It's normal for O-date to fluctuate. The issue of egg quality is a bigger issue if you had a positive OPK and very obvious signs of impending O that abruptly stopped and then started up again multiple days later. When an egg struggles to be released, that could mean the egg is chromosomally abnormal. Or the egg could also be fine. It's only something that is known in retrospect after MC unfortunately. I freak out about it bc my body revved up at my normal CD 17, and then I didn't ovulate til CD25. I ended up with a triploidy baby, so I'm super sensitive to the "delayed O" not "late O" phenomenon. I hope I didn't freak you out about it!
@chloe97 thank you for the reassurance. I hadn't actually thought about egg quality much until I read your posts and then obviously I googled and you can find whatever you want online. So my mind was spinning. But I totally get where you're coming from now with the actual O being much delayed from the supposed O. I have Od cd19, then 18 and this cycle 21 so not too far off.

@SoonToBeMommaHowe I've already started testing!! Haha. I'm at best 9DPO and worst 7 DPO, but my boobs are killing me. I had a good temp drop today which could be implantation-related or it could just be because I dropped my thyroid medication down in hopes that it would help my headaches. Either way, I'm pretty sure I'm being BSC, but I will keep testing with strips until 12/14 DPO on Monday. Debating whether to spend money on a FRER, since I know I will probably use it too early if I do. At least my BSC testing isn't costing me more than 17 cents right now!
Hahahaha yes I love looking for ways to validate the BSC I'll continue checking every day until you're 12/14dpo to see what happens! I actually didn't temp this morning, my first attempt to keep the BSC at bay until expected AF

Thanks @SoonToBeMommaHowe! I went out and bought FRERs yesterday afternoon. Took one in the afternoon and this morning and the line darkened a bit. The WONDFO didn't seem to darken much, but I'm only 11DPO at the most. I'm smelling in technicolor and was ridiculously hungry this morning. Looking forward to laying around this weekend.
