Just sharing for anyone interested, regardless of political views!

You can go online and fill out a form for your baby to receive a congratulatory note from The White House! You must do it within your baby's 1st year!

FYI: it was about 2 months before I received ours, so be patient when checking the mail!!! I started to think I filled out the form wrong, but I guess they're just busy! It is such a nice little addition to the baby book!

If you contact your Senator's office and ask them to request one for you, it can be personalized with their name and city of birth.

I wonder if I can do that even though I had already had one done months ago? When we did DD1's back in 2012 we just used the website and it was personalized and looked so much nicer.

We did this & I love it! Ditto what was said above about it taking FOREVER to arrive - like several months! I think you can also do this with Disney...Google Disney birth announcement.

I called my senators office and she directed me to the White House website for requests, so nothing personalized for me from them!

I am going to try the Disney one- sounds fun!
