Hi there, I am 16 weeks pregnant into my third pregnancy. I haven't had any scans yet, have to wait until I'm 22 weeks when I'm scheduled for the anatomy scan. I've had only one appointment so far with my midwife (at 14 weeks). Other than blood pressure, she didn't take any measurements and said it was too early for a doppler to pick up baby's heartbeat. I am about the same size now as I was with my other babies at five or six months. I've been feeling flutters since 12 weeks that have since turned into kicks, I still have some nausea if I have an empty stomach, massive headaches I didn't have with my other pregnancies, and I am already so winded and exhausted from things I didn't find exhausting until eight or nine months pregnant with my other babies. I'm just curious about those pregnant with their third or more baby and whether you are significantly bigger and more exhausted at this point compared to your previous pregnancies. Also, I know this can only be confirmed by ultrasound, but I'm wondering if I could be pregnant with twins? I'm seriously huge compared to my other pregnancies and my body isn't handling this pregnancy as well as the others. Any mothers of both singletons and twins have any comments?
