DH has been traveling all week for work, so when he gets home today I am going to hand DS off to him and have a 'treat yo self' evening with a bubble bath and mani/pedi, and probably some ice cream for good measure.
Adding the gif because yesterday was officially Treat Yo Self day and I didn't get to celebrate because DS was a stage 5 clinger.
I told DH that I am running errands after work (and I do have a quick few) but made it sound like I have way more to do so that I can go home and catch up on a show or two before everyone is home and the craziness begins...
eta: right after I posted this DH texted me to say he is working from home this afternoon. Not only am I busted, but now I have to try and keep a toddler away from his working dad for the next 3 hours....so not happy about this. If I ever get any time to myself where I don't have a million other things to do it is on fridays for like 1 hour... okay, I am done with my rant.
I figured out I could switch to our guest wifi (not monitored) and watch Netflix today while I worked. Let's be honest there was substantionally less work done today - whoops!
@BeachMommy2B I kept a jar in my pantry for that purpose when I was nursing DS. No shame in that!

I did the opposite lie about the age thing - on Father's day we went to the zoo and they had a special that dad's got in free with a paid child. Paid children were 3 and up. DS is 2 but we said he was 3 (he's super tall and people think he's older than he is all the time) - saved $5 that way. $5 is $5. I did feel guilty after though...
