How many weeks? 32 weeks

What size is baby? A squash

Upcoming appointments? I had an appointment today. OB said my fundal height has measured two weeks behind for two consecutive appointments so she wants a growth scan at my next appointment. She didn't seem too worried so I guess I shouldn't be either. My last baby (DS) was on the smallish side... 6 lbs 12 oz and I measured one week behind here and there with him. But I never had to have an ultrasound in third tri with him so I was a little surprised. I guess because I had been charting for months and know 100% that my conception date is right, coupled with measuring behind for about a month merits an ultrasound to check things out. I'm fine with it and praying that LO is growing just fine in there!

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm thrilled to be able to say I have less than two months to go when people ask. Less than 8 weeks sounds so close!!

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Cereal. All the time. Not sure why but I just have to eat it daily. At least once. haha

GTKY: What are your hobbies? I love love love to bake! I get lots of compliments on my baked goods and really enjoy making sweet treats for other people.

I also enjoy walking for exercise (when not pregnant), singing/music, shopping (usually more for others), and traveling.

30!

What size is baby?
Acorn squash. Which apparently is much larger than an acorn.

Upcoming appointments?
Nothing for a while. Next is 32 weeks I think.

Rants/Raves/Questions?
This kid and I are battling for rib space. It feels like someone is just pulling my rib cage apart. My back/side/rib region is killing.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions?
I needed Costco pumpkin pie for about a week. I finally got it last night.

GTKY: What are your hobbies?
I too love baking. Although I seriously slowed down once I started working from home. I used to dump all my treats at the office. FI and I actually aren't huge sweets eaters so most was going to waste

How many weeks? 30 weeks today

What size is baby? Apparently the size of a zucchini? But that's tough to picture.

Upcoming appointments? I have an appt with my perinatal people on Friday to discuss my blood sugars and adjust my insulin accordingly.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm getting nervous for the end of this thing! Also, it's hard to do dishes because I have to bend forward pretty far (hurting my back) to reach in the sink. Tummy's all in the way.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? I am very itchy--on my tummy, under my boobs, everywhere. Also, heartburn has started to really affect my ability to sleep. Good times. :P

GTKY: What are your hobbies? I play lots of instruments and sing, write my own songs, and record them! I've also been known to write a short story here and there.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I am moving very slowly, and feel huge already, it is getting hard to sleep in certain positions.
Rave: The nursery is coming together nicely! I ordered the rug, lamp this week. I will post some pics in the nursery threat this weeeknd!

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Pelvic pressure on and off, fatigue, Braxton hicks. A little irritable.

GTKY: What are your hobbies?
I enjoy bowling, yoga and hiking. Also try to do activities with the puppy.

How many weeks? 30 weeks! Which is so crazy to me.

What size is baby? A summer melon, or zucchini

Upcoming appointments? Not until 32 weeks. However I'll be going to the chiropractor this week.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm hitting the point of exhaustion. I was so out of it this morning that I was telling my 4th period kids in the hall to come to class. It was only 2nd period.

I have a cradle that is 29 years old, it was made for my Mom when she was pregnant with me. The mesh bumper that was bought for me to replace the stuff that's as old as me is too big. Do I really need a bumper in it?

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Sweets still. Also Milk. Lots and lots of milk.

GTKY: What are your hobbies?
I love to read and sew. Anything crafty is right up my alley.

How many weeks? 30 weeks

What size is baby? A platypus apparently. I've never seen one though...

Upcoming appointments? I had an appointment today. Just a heartbeat check and talked about vaccinations for myself and DH. We are starting appointments every 2 weeks!

Rants/Raves/Questions? Sleeping sucks. I have stress dreams and then I wake up and can't go back to sleep, and just laying there is getting uncomfortable!

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Sweet foods are my weakness right now.

GTKY: What are your hobbies? I love baking cookies and pies. I also enjoy hiking and camping. Can't wait to take little one on her first camping trip one day

How many weeks? 32 weeks - not sure how that happened already!

What size is baby? A squash, a large bucket of popcorn

Upcoming appointments? I had an appointment on Tuesday - nothing crazy, next one is in 2 weeks. BP is still good, baby girl is measuring a few days ahead now ( which is better than the 10 days earlier on!). Next up is another appointment at 34 weeks, also fairly uneventful. The real fun starts at 36 weeks for me with the weekly appointments and exams.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Echoing others, sleeping totally sucks. I sleep just fine on non-work nights, sure I toss and turn and get up to pee, but I'm able to fall right back to sleep. On work nights, once I'm up, I'm up for the morning. What really sucks is that DH works weird hours and usually comes to bed around 4am...my alarm is supposed to go off at 5:30. Rarely do I make it to my alarm

Rave - I'm almost afraid to type this - baby girl has wiggled her way away from all of the pain points she was up against for the last few weeks. I can finally sit/stand/walk like a normal human being again. Crossing my fingers that she stays put for as long as possible!

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Sweets for sure - usually a cookie at lunch time. There's a bakery near my office that has a fantastic pumpkin pie cookie right now and I can't pass it up. Should probably cut it down to once/week, but that's just not as fun!

GTKY: What are your hobbies? Unlike others, I hate baking! My mom never baked, so I never learned. My MIL is an excellent cook/baker, but working a crazy schedule, I only get to do Christmas cookies with her and not the other fun stuff. I love to read (mostly murder mysteries and the like), I do cross-stitch, and really anything with our families. Both DH and I come from large families and we try to attend the various events of our nieces and nephews as often as possible. We also live in an area with fantastic state and county parks, so we venture out on some awesome walks when the weather lets us!
