    Upcoming appointments this week? Monday!  Gender Ultrasound

    Any new symptoms or changes? Leg cramps hit last night

    How far along are you? 17 weeks

    How big is baby? Pomegranate, white onion, chipmunk 

    Upcoming appointments this week? Nothing until our anatomy scan on 10/28. 

    Any new symptoms or changes? Nothing really. My bump really popped out over the last couple of weeks. 

    Rants/Raves/Questions? A nurse called with my results from the quad screen (normal - yay!) and told me to call the MFM practice to schedule my anatomy scan for 19 weeks. When I called, the scheduler was like "why do they want it done at 19 weeks? We usually don't do them until 20." I was like, I don't know, ask my doctor. She scheduled it for 19+1 anyway, but that was weird.

    How far along are you? 16 weeks

    How big is baby? Avocado

    Upcoming appointments this week? I had an amnio done today also another US. They saw a couple more "markers", but because the NIPT came back clear the doctor didn't seem overly concerned. Just gonna wait on getting the amnio results back in two weeks. The amnio itself was quick and I wouldn't say it was painless or painful. Just a poke and a sharp cramp which kinda took me by surprise. My daughter is sleeping over my mom's so I get to just rest today and have a solid night sleep. 

    Any new symptoms or changes? All of a sudden yesterday I felt really uncomfortable in my midsection, just very tight and I felt as though I couldn't bend, I might have eaten too much.

    Any new symptoms or changes? Body itches even when I put lotion on it. And only at work. So odd.

    Upcoming appointments this week? Anatomy scan on Monday

    Any new symptoms or changes? None 

    Rants/Raves/Questions? Rave: I'm so glad I got a home doppler so I can hear baby's heartbeat whenever I want. I needed reassurance for some reason a couple days ago and immediately put any fears at ease when I heard a strong heartbeat.

    Any new symptoms or changes? Feeling very lazy this week.... and uncomfortable tummy
