24 weeks! Cantaloupe

Just a normal monthly check up today.

I'm eating a lot more but no other changes.

At this point, my anxiety is starting to gear up again. Besides little movements, I really don't have any symptoms telling me that I'm pregnant. My PGAL brain is messing with me.

Driving around to see Christmas lights!

How big is baby? Endive or baseball hat

When is your next appointment? Regular OB appointment on the 25th

Rant/Rave/Questions? Only raves here!! I finally felt baby girl kick!!
GTKY: What is your favorite winter activity? Every year H and I pick up peppermint hot chocolates and walk around downtown looking at the lights and decorations on the Riverwalk

Symptom changes?

It's getting uncomfortable to walk around for longer stretches without support under my belly. Don't remember this form last time.

GTKY: What is your favorite winter activity?

Staying inside and doing homey stuff while the snow falls outside. Ideally after romping around in the snow for an hour.

How big is baby? A dragon egg!

When is your next appointment? Next Wednesday, normal checkup with OB

Symptom changes? itchy boobs and the areas around my nipples feel and look kind of swollen...

Rant/Rave/Questions? I just love feeling baby kicks! However they are still pretty sporadic so I get nervous when it's been a while in between kicks. I feel like I had a couple of days with strong frequent kicks and then the last 2 days have been more mild which is a bummer.

GTKY: What is your favorite winter activity? Getting warmed up after being outside and drinking hot chocolate!

Symptom changes? My belly is getting big enough where I accidently hit it and bump things into it because I am not use to it being there.

GTKY: What is your favorite winter activity
Skiing of course!! I will have to wait till after baby is out to do this activity though. Luckily in Colorado we have a ski resort that stay open till June, so I should get some good spring skiing in still this year.

How big is baby? A coconut

When is your next appointment? Friday! I'm so freaking excited to have our AS finally.

Symptom changes? I'm traveling for work this week and at a significantly higher altitude than normal. This has led to shortness of breath, and bloody noses. My back is also killing me from sleeping in a hotel bed + the flight out here.

Rant/Rave/Questions? Can't really think of anything...

How big is baby? A banana

When is your next appointment? Oct 18th - AS and regular checkup

Symptom changes? shortness of breath

Rant/Rave/Questions? I had an emergency C-Section for my son (april 2012) and my Dr/normal hospital does not allow VBAC. I really want to try VBAC and avoid surgery if possible, but I will have to change Drs and that really sucks. I will have to make this decision very soon.

GTKY: What is your favorite winter activity? Taking my son to Christmasy things.

Symptom changes?: feeling bigger, harder to move around, not sleeping as well, feeling tearful

GTKY: What is your favorite winter activity?: hard to choose! this is my favorite time of year. in no particular order: baking, sweaters, spending time with family, giving gifts, holiday parties, the smell of fireplaces, warm kitchens

2 Weeks away - home Glucose testing next week.

Symptom changes?
Feeling good! A little bit of Heatburn! This is about when depression/anxiety really hit me last pregnancy so I'm hoping to avoid it this time. My Thyroid numbers are great (which play a huge part in my overall wellness). Making sure to take plenty of breathing moments. Mostly I'm worried about money and how the heck I take care of 2 kids instead of 1! I feel really confident with 1 finally!!

Selling stuff on FB garage sale sites.... why won't people pick up when they say they will!!

GTKY: What is your favorite winter activity?
Huge family gatherings- lots of food and fun! We have lots of little kids now, it's just really nice and chaotic!!

Symptoms. Back acne. it's so freaking gross. i guess i should be thankful it's not on my face. and it oozy bumps. they are more dry zits. but ugh. i can't seem to do anything to control it and i am afraid it will scar.

Rave: We leave for London in one week!!!!

Winter normally equals yummy comfort food, fires and wine. I guess this year minus the wine

@LaurenAshley04 I know what you mean about freaking out going from one baby to 2. There's this YouTube video of this mom getting her triplets and toddler ready for bed by herself. Sometimes I watch that just to feel like everything will be alright haha

Getting in just under the wire here!

How far along are you? 21 weeks

How big is baby? endive, I guess? But my kid appears to be measuring about a week ahead, so probably a bit bigger. He was about 13 ounces at 20+2, which meant he was measuring 21+1. So I don't know how to measure him anymore.

When is your next appointment? 24 week checkup on November 3.

Symptom changes? Just so much kicking these days. He had hiccups for the first time last night, and it was AMAZING.

Rant/Rave/Questions? First stretch marks appeared today - weirdly, on my hips. I'm carrying all out in front, so I guess that's where my skin is pulling. I'm not surprised, as I've been prone to stretch marks in the past (puberty, etc.), and I've been expanding so rapidly these last few weeks that I knew they were coming. So far, they're pretty white, so they're not terribly ugly. Yet.

GTKY: What is your favorite winter activity? Uh... sleeping? I hate winter.

@LaurenAshley04 we tried selling stuff through fb garage sale sites before moving and had the same problem! No shows or crazies that wanted to change pick up times repeatedly. Ugh!! Not worth it! We went back to just donating to goodwill.

2. Apparently a guinea pig? So cute!

3. I had an appointment today. I go to the mfm every 2 weeks for cervix checks.

4. Symptom changes? Nope, more of the same; my ongoing battle with constipation.

5. Rants, raves, whatever: Today was my birthday. Feeling super old! But my sweet little boy guessed mama turned 4 and daddy is 10.

6. I love Christmas-y things- wrapping presents, Christmas parties, decorations, lights, taking my son to see Santa, etc.

We're donating a ton of stuff too! I'm inventoring it all in hopes of tax credit (we were $1000 short or something last year for it to work?!).

so far I have made $20, so it's not completely useless. Still trying to sell our toddler Tula, since the toddler refuses. That will be a nice addition to my pp money stash!
