SO THANKFUL my son slept until 8:20 this morning! He has 6 teeth coming in and has been a bear the past few days the poor thing. No naps or anything. It was so nice to sleep in and I'm glad he's finally well rested.
I'm so thankful for the ability to qualify for a bill reduction from this pregnancy and birth! What was going to be closer to $5,000 in hospital, provider and ultrasound bills (after insurance), should now be chopped in half. DH made the hospitals salary cut off by just a couple hundred dollars!!
Hint hint **cant hurt to check out your options too! I didn't think at all we'd qualify-but lots of hospitals will give 50%- 20% discounts based on salary and family size - I've seen some giving discounts to up to 400% above poverty line. Which is close to $100,000 for a family of four!
I'm so thankful for hot chocolate makers. Nothing is more satisfying on the first freeze of the season than to have a cup of steamy, frothy hot cocoa that tastes as yummy as a cafe's (s/o to Williams Sonoma!), in your kitchen and wearing PJs!
This is going to sound like a weird thing to be thankful for, but after weeks and weeks of no m/s symptoms at all, I threw up this morning. And I'm thankful for it because I don't have an appointment for 2 weeks and haven't had one for 3 weeks so I was glad to "feel" pregnant again. Thought I felt the baby yesterday, but not 100% sure. Anyway, yes, so - thankful for puking this morning. And thankful I feel normal again now.
I'm extremely thankful for my mother in law this week who is allowing us to stay with her in this interim 1 to 2 week period between selling our old house and closing on the new one. I'm sure we are completely disrupting her routine but she is being wonderful about it!

I am so thankful for my husband! I remind myself all the time that although he has no idea what it feels like to be pregnant (both wonderful and not so great feels), he continues to try and accommodate me without even thinking twice or having me ask. He is the best!
I'm thankful that my AS is in 2 weeks! And just the general timing of my pregnancy. If you think about it, it's really a sweet time to be pregnant: big comfy sweaters vs. tighter shirts where everyone feels the need to comment on the size of the bump; stuffing your face during the holidays (which will make the time go faster!; and getting a few months PP before having to be in a swimsuit!
So thankful for my husband. I've been feeling miserable again lately and just down. I'm a stay at home mom with a 1 year old. I'm not one do get dressed up if I'm not going anywhere. So last night my husband said "go get your nails done tomorrow. You deserve it. I know it's not much but I know how you love getting your nails done." Made my day.
my parents and i really never got along, better recent years, since i got married and all. I am really grateful about how excite they are with my pregnancy and checking in all the time. My dad is even giving me tons of advice to take it easy and not do anything.......
I am thankful for how supportive my co-workers have been since finding out I am pregnant. They've been really thoughtful about little things like ordering me lunch and they always cover for me when I leave early for doctors appointments. I've been at this job a little under a year and I was nervous how everyone would take the news of my pregnancy but everyone has been fantastic!
@catrb89 I never thought about but you are so right about the timing of these pregnancies! It's definitely nice that by the time we're at our biggest it will be winter and not hot and humid out!
