    Any challenges this week?
Yea, -all the workouts are tentative and dependent upon my Braxton hicks continuing to chill out. They went into turbo mode for three days but have eased up the last 2 days
How did you do with your goals last week?
ok minus 2 workouts due ton contractions

GTKY:  What's your go to guilty pleasure 1) food and 2) TV show?

Good goal for me. The heartburn has been making me not remember to drink as much (probably contributing to bh)

  • What is your health/nutrition goal this week?
Continue to eat well (none/limited eating out) but keeping calories up. I think I may have lost a few pounds. Hard to tell since we just unpacked our scale and I'm comparing it to the doctors scale from 2 weeks ago. Just want to make sure bubba's getting everything he needs.

What is your fitness goal this week?
Yoga Tuesday and Thursday. Hopefully walking goes better than last week. Pelvic pain nearly stopped me in my tracks after more than 15 minutes vertical.

    Any challenges this week?
Just the pelvic pain, if that's even the right description. So kind of pain when standing for any period of time.

How did you do with your goals last week?
Ok. Ate well. Yoga done. Walking suffered but still got in a few.

GTKY:  What's your go to guilty pleasure 1) food and 2) TV show?
Food - Nutella chocolate mug cake. Or shame cake as FI calls it.
TV - All the teen moms.

Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Drink 8 glasses of water every day this week.
This is my struggle. Doing better, but probably still not up to snuff.
  • What is your health/nutrition goal this week?  Continue of focusing on more whole foods with an occasional splurge (as I am eating a Fiber One chocolate chip cookie as i write this). More fruits and veggies, as I am just not wanting to eat them. Apples have been good, though. No veggies sounds good.

What is your fitness goal this week?  Be active when I can... which may not be much. It doesn't help that I can't fit into my gym shoes due to swollen feet, so there goes the gym and even walking on our treadmill unless i want to wear flip flops. That super bums me out.

Any challenges this week?  I have today off and opted to do laundry over working out this morning, along with some other stuff around the house. I am heading to the mall soon and will walk some there. Tomorrow, we have our last Birthing Class, so no workout. Wednesday we're going out for supper for one of DH's aunt's birthday... so maybe Thursday I'll get something in.

How did you do with your goals last week?  I don't think I worked out once. Oh... I did a couple cardio video workout at home, and one of those days, I was going to do upper body but did cardio cos I got my flu shot last Tuesday and my arm was SO sore until Saturday.

GTKY:  What's your go to guilty pleasure 1) food and 2) TV show? 1) donuts, preferably cake with chocolate frosting. 2) Pretty Little Liars

Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Drink 8 glasses of water every day this week.
I am so bad with this, but make it a goal each week to do better.

  • What is your health/nutrition goal this week?
Eat better. Last Wednesday through Sunday was rough. Ordered pizza cuz I felt too bad to cook then hospital then we had to go out of town yesterday so we ate out. So...cook at home.

What is your fitness goal this week?
Ask the Dr what I can do and do it. Officially the preterm labor has stopped but I'm getting lots of bouts of contractions still. Basically I'd like to walk about 10 miles overall but we shall see.

    Any challenges this week?
Health. The antibiotics I'm taking must be taken with food but sometimes I'm not hungry for dinner (when I take them)  and sometimes they make me nauseous so I just need to adjust. I'm also still wiped out. I feel silly...I was basically bedridden in the hospital for nearly 60 hours yet here I am exhausted.

How did you do with your goals last week?
Great until Wednesday night. I even walked 2 miles on Wednesday in an attempt to make the pain go away.

GTKY:  What's your go to guilty pleasure 1) food and 2) TV show?
food= peanut butter Nutella sandwiches. I've called them Katie fatass sandwiches since high school. (Name=katie).
tv show= bad reality tv. Teen mom, bachelor stuff, weight loss/health shows. Love it all.

Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Drink 8 glasses of water every day this week.
not enough water! I drink between 1 and 1.5 gallons a day. 8 glasses  (in the traditional glass=8oz sense) is a dramatic cut.
    DD1 5/23/14, DD2 12/5/16   Baby #3 on the way!

  • What is your health/nutrition goal this week?
    Just maintain.
What is your fitness goal this week?
Do anything at all. I've officially caught every single daycare plague DD has brought home. I had a flu two weeks ago and strep over this weekend. I'm still feeling really crappy. We'll see if I'm able to workout despite this.
    Any challenges this week?
    See above. I'm clearly dying.
How did you do with your goals last week?
Pretty good, though I need more cardio.

Sunday: Walk; Monday: Weights and a walk; Tuesday: Walk; Wednesday: Nothing; Thursday: Walk and weights; Friday: Nothing; Saturday: Zumba and yoga
GTKY:  What's your go to guilty pleasure 1) food and 2) TV show?
    1) Baklava and 2) House Hunters recently...though it's not that guilty.
Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Drink 8 glasses of water every day this week.

@slartybartfast How bad are your BH contractions? Mine mostly feel like tight pressure in my lower abdomen, and I don't think I notice them every time I'm having them (particularly if I'm moving). I definitely get them more after working out, regardless of how much water I'm drinking.

  • @Linziloo09 - for a few days there they were any time I was standing 1-2 minutes long with about 30 seconds in between but they didn't get too strong. In the evening they would progress in strength if I didn't lay down. Every time I laid down they'd chill out.
Now, they're back to where they were. Still plentiful, probably a couple an hour and definitely pick up when I exercise but back to a level I'm not freaked about them. I just didn't know which direction they were gonna head last week and had a couple other minor symptoms that added to the discomfort.
However, at this point, I'm declaring it a growth spurt and moving on.

  • @slartybartfast - I don't think I even pay attention to when mine officially start and end. I just sort of notice the tightness and that eventually it's gone. Last pregnancy I didn't realize these were BHs. I just thought DD was pushing down or something. But no...definitely BH.

Yea I generally don't pay attention either. These were strong enough that I was always very aware though. Now they are back to whatever... I have no idea if I have had one or many today...
