What helps sore swollen breasts?

Since I found out even before I found out I'm pregnant my boobs have hurt so bad and very sensitive. And are swollen. What can help with the pain. I'm miserable.

I agree with everyone else, and suggest any type of supportive bra that you can get your hands on. Personally, it has made a world of difference when there is some padding between my nipples and the clothes that I wear.

I found that a sports bra kind of helped hold them in so they didn't move enough to hurt.

Agreed! I actually have to wear a regular bra plus sports bra. At night just a sports bra. It's supr painful otherwise!

This is gonna sound a little silly but I went back to my nursing bras. They're super soft and have a ton of support without the hardcore squishiness that sports bras have.

I have been having the same problem and my favorite bra broke just the other day!! Lucky they don't hurt to bad unless someone hugs me which as a special education teacher that happens frequently. My worst pain is at night when I first take off my bra or at night while I am sleeping! I will have to try a sports bra.

Definitely a supportive bra. I did find in the past that the tenderness got better after a few weeks!
