1: How far along are you? 14 Weeks 2: How was your last week? Pretty good. At work they started a step contest for October. I got in two 8+ mile hikes over the weekend and continue to go on runs/long walks after work every day. My hope is that I'm really showing by the end of the month and can rub it in people's faces that they got beat by a chick who's pregnant with twins! 3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Continue getting 4+ miles in a day (more on the weekend.) I'm going to start back at spin class this Saturday too. I've been slacking with the weights and will try to get that in at lunch every day (I go home for the hour) 4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? All my rewards are food, haha! Maybe a new Ben & Jerry's flavor 5: Rants/Raves/Questions? Rave-ish - it's going to get really hard to hide my bump at work now - let's see who's the first the ask! I love the classic PBJ, but I can't turn down a really good Cuban. 1: How far along are you? 13 + 1 2: How was your last week? Pretty good. I've been doing great in my strength training classes. I feel like I'm starting to look really toned, which is great for offsetting my developing cookie bing looking belly. I didn't make it to the gym this week. Opps. I will try again next week. I'm honestly kind of nervous because I've been off the treadmill for awhile because of the sickness-es. I need to just bite the bullet, though. 3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Freaking go to that gym and walk up that treadmill for 20 minutes. 4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? When I was in my strength training class this week I realized my workout tank was completely inappropriate thanks to my new boobs. This prompted a realization that none of my sports bras are actually big enough anymore. So it looks like I am going to buy some new bras and tops. I'm also going to get into a book this weekend to help motivate me to go to gym and read on the treadmill. 5: Rants/Raves/Questions? We he had to do push ups in my class today and I hate push ups. 6: GTKY: What's your favorite kind of sandwich? Bacon - thick cut preferably Benton's Lettuce- fresh from the garden Tomato- also fresh from the garden and still warm from the sun. The bread should be toasted white bread that just finished cooling from the oven because it's homemade.

2: How was your last week? Horrible, honestly. Cold that turned into a sinus infection zapped me of all my energy. I didn't go to the gym at all but I've been walking at work and I got up early 2 days this week to do at-home workout (mostly because I couldn't sleep anyway - ha!)
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Get myself well and get back on track. 4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? I have very few plans for this weekend and I'm super excited about it. I need the R&R. DH was going to be gone all weekend but trip was canceled due to Hurricane Matthew (hope you all are staying safe!)

2: How was your last week? Eh...kind of a let down after such a great previous week. My nausea and fatigue returned with a vengeance. I still managed to get moving at least 4 of the 7 days.
