  • Sorry for the negative, @brooklyngirl18! It is early though. I'm also sorry Matthew chased you out of your vacation. H and I are sitting here trying to figure out what to do; we are under mandatory evacuation but don't want to leave.

@brooklyngirl18 Yikes! I am glad you got out safely. Sorry about your EDD and BFN. Fx it is just too early.

  • @brooklyngirl18 yes, kinda - I have a brother who lives in Atlanta and some dear friends who are going to a small town west of here where their parents live, so we do have a couple of options. It just sucks because I don't want to leave the dogs here (and have someone else look after them) but taking them with us presents some challenges. I'll let you know how it goes!

We are supposed to be leaving for vacation at OBX (outer banks NC) on Sunday so hopefully the hurricane will hook so we can still go. I'm so thankful that all my family in FL has stayed safe so far!

  • I'm out, I woke up today with a very heavy CD1 making my LP 11 days for 2 months in a row. fuck. I'm thinking of calling my dr if next month is a miss also just to see what he has to say. I know waiting 12 months is standard but I got pregnant right away twice and now we're going on 6 months of timed BD and nothing. I really think something else is going on we need to address. I never temped or charted with my previous two pregnancies but based on our BD timing I O'd earlier than I do now, now is cd18-20 with a short LP period.

  • @brooklyngirl18 I'm not sure how it is where you live, but most REs here will see you even if it hasn't been a year after a MC. You may need to pay out of pocket though.
  • @brooklyngirl18 - oh im sorry. No matter how prepared you are for it AF can just suck. I had 2 losses but I just called an RE to make an appt. They didn't ask how long i was trying or how many losses - they just sched an appt. I called my insurance afterward and they said it would be a specialist copay but even if it wasn't covered I would have paid out of pocket for it. If you think something could be wrong or just want to go for your own peace of mind I would do it. My RE was wonderful and made me feel better after just the consultation.
  • Congrats @yolandamunoz and @laeberge3! Best wishes for the next nine months!
