Pregnant after IF

Books for Dad

Hi Everyone!

I was wondering what books you got for your husband/partner? I picked up "The Caveman's Guide to Pregnancy", and I ended up not liking it (I read before husband tried). It carried the "caveman" theme a little too far in my opinion, and made it difficult to read. Also, my husband hates being labeled as a "dumb male" who is incompetent... should've realized a book calling men "cavemen" wouldn't be right for him lol! Lesson learned. Anyway... any books out there that were easy to read but that don't speak to the reader as if they are an idiot? Thanks in advance :):)!

  • Also, he is reading some of the What to expect for the first year book and a Sleeping book, I think they are not for only moms. He wants to be involved as much as he can, and I do not have too much energy to read at the moment so he s doing most of the reading for us , except the breastfeeding part :)
  • Right after we got our second beta results my hubs ordered the guy's version of What to Expect. It's so cute... he'll come up to me randomly and say, "I'm supposed to remind you to not go too long without eating!" or "I added saltines to our shopping list."

Tonight he told me that he read I should be drinking milk. So I poured myself a glass haha. I swear he knows more than I do sometimes!
