My super UO is that I don't mind non-contributing members posting their BFP in the graduation thread, especially if they actually post all of their information like CD and DPO. (I am not okay drive-by BFP in the TWW or in a new thread.)
@Mrlight, in a somewhat similar UO I am actually excited to see BFPs with crappy timing (-3 and further). Some people have been very vocal about their annoyance with them, and I completely understand where they are coming from because it can be frustrating to see women get pregnant so easily especially if you've been trying for a long time... but in general I sort of like the BFPs that seemed less likely, and it makes me a just a tad less stressed about my own timing haha
Me (28) & DH (35) Met 4/2010+Married 8/2014 TTC #1 August 2016. BFP 10/2016= DD Born 6.23.17

I totally understand why people don't like seeing BFPs from randoms. I used to LOVE BFPs, and when they used to be back in the TWW thread back in the day, I'd look through that thread everyday waiting to see some. But then something bad happens to you during your TTC journey, and honestly, the perspective just changes. It's one thing when it's the people you "know" here and you know their background and why they're here and how hard they've tried. But it's just another when some random pops in that never ONCE gave you a love tit on a bad day, or offered advice/experience, or even commented on your stupid GTKY answer.
I used to not care about BFPs, I didn't see the big deal. However, 1.5 years of TTC later when I see someone coming in here guns blazing with their positive pee stick I want to choke them. And it's not about a cycle 1 BFP or crappy timing, but because they hardly or never participated here and just posted for the gushing and congratulations. They can't tell anyone in their real life, so they have to come to an internet forum to get the attention they need to hold them over until they can announce on Facebook.
Me: late 30s | H: early 30s TTC #1 since April 2015 RE Dx: Fibroids, surgery Jan 2016 IUI #1 and #2, Nov/Dec 2016, BFN IVF March 2017: ER - 5R/3M/3F, 1 PGS normal Polyp removed May 2017 FET May 2017 - BFP! Baby boy born 2/2/18
I think it's more work and stress to get worked up over randos posting BFPs in the grad thread than it is to just keep scrolling. I'd rather see a random BFP in the Grad Thread where I expect it than in the TWW or it's own thread or whatever. If they want attention, moving on without a word is doing them more harm/aggravation than pointing it out is. Like they say "bad attention is still attention".
Also an UO, I'm sure: I think it's elitist and "holier than thou" to complain and/or be rude to someone who didn't have sex EOD or ED of their FW and got a BFP. And even worse to say they "didn't really try" because they may have only hit 1 day in their FW. It doesn't mean their BFP means less than the one from someone who was able to have sex every day.
Disclaimer: neither of the above are about any person in specific.

I agree with this. Even if someone posts daily you don't know everything that's going on in their lives that might preclude EOD or ED.
Another UO: gin martinis are better than vodka. And they should be stirred, not shaken.

100%
Can I have all your vodka then?? But no martinis for me. I'll be making dirty Shirleys for anyone who wants to join me.
On that note though... I hate the taste of alcohol. I can only do fruity drinks and if you happen to convince me to do a shot, I have to plug my nose. Even then I'll only take a sip and pass it off to someone walking by while everyone in my group is distracted.

On the subject of drinking... my UO is that Mason jars used as a glass make my skin crawl. Jars are for jelly or sauce. Possibly because I don't live in anew area where Mason jars are authentic. If they are being used in NYC it's in a way that is trying to be rustic.

@WillRunForWine21 The glasses most used at my house are the Mason jars with the handles! Haha! It is really common where I live to eat the jelly out of the jar and wash it and use it as a glass. (People also save the butter containers and Cool Whip containers and use them as Tupperware. I personally don't do that because if it's not clear, I'll forget about it!)
@mrlight I use sour cream/yogurt containers and cook whip containers as Tupperware. I run out of my regular storage containers a lot because I like to put things in the freezer. I like to send leftovers home with people in the containers that I don't need back as well.
I hate the pumpkin spice and salted caramel flavors. ETA- I also don't like martinis.
I am 100% with @hartmich I actually got pretty sad last night when I wanted a dirty VODKA martini and realized we had no olives... No martini for me.
My probably UO, for this side of the pond, is that I love tea and would happily drink it over coffee any day. I have an entire cupboard of different tea, not to mention a desk drawer used solely to store my work tea.

@zwink1 I prefer tea over coffee, too, but I drink ice sweet tea. I only like hot tea when I'm sick. When we went out of the country, the first thing I did when we got back was get some sweet tea!
@linzruns and @haylsbayls I cannot stand shots either!! I should just order them with the group and do something sneaky so i dont get called out for being a party poop... thanks for the idea!! But funny story... I was out with dh this past winter, and this girl picked on me for not taking a shot with the group!! (Made some comment about how some girls are lightweights) well, she took her 1 shot of whiskey, and just 10-15 min. Later couldn't stand straight and was slurring her words... literally borderline incoherent. I'll cut her some slack because she was young and naive ... but, when I was her age I would have shown her how it's done hehe
speaking of beverages... I hate the taste of coffee! I can tolerate it with loads of cream and sugar but by then it's not really coffee. I prefer hot chocolate

Probably unpopular, but I cannot stand bosses who "buy" their employees loyalty. You know, the ones that will provide incentives for those to do work or still reward people who aren't performing. I like to receive things for sure, but as a long term moral, culture and loyalty builder, it doesn't work. It drives me nuts because of peers who will only do things if they get rewarded in the end. This is currently happening in a part of my organization and it frustrates me to no end.
