    WTF work "support line", you are SUPPORT, answer my freaking call or call me back! Seriously every time I have to call this certain help desk they NEVER answer, don't respond to the emails, NOTHING. My hormones can't handle them right now!

    I don't get the clown thing but from the other side I guess. I understand that people are afraid of clowns, but other than walking around and being generally creepy, why is this such a huge story? Did I miss something about them assaulting people? Why are schools in my area being locked down? I don't get it...

    @KirstinH88 I know it started with clowns trying to lure women and kids into the woods, and other clowns have been seen with knives.  I heard a story this morning about a clown looking in people's windows.  Just messed up and creepy, especially with all the copy cats.

    @KirstinH88 in a town in Ohio, there was a lady standing on her porch at 2am when a person dressed as a clown ran up on her porch, attacked her and said something along the lines of "lots of children and teachers at school today will wish they were never born" clown then got spooked by a noise and ran and the lady called the cops.  There was also a 16 year old boy from Pennsylvania that was stabbed to death last week by a clown.

    ^Same! I have to regularly call our companies customer care line to clarify the complaints people give us (because the contact info is wrong, complaint doesn't make sense, we're sent duplicates, etc.) and THEY NEVER ANSWER! You can hold or leave a voicemail, but after a few minutes they automatically send you to the voicemail--except they don't answer that either....
