Tips to improve egg quality?

Hey guys! We're gearing up to do IVF round 2, and since we only wound up with one PGS-normal embryo out of 16 eggs retrieved, I'd like to do whatever I can to boost egg quality. I'm already on prenatals, CoQ10, and DHEA. Anything else I can do/take/avoid to help? Open to any and all suggestions. Thanks! : )

  • @sberries Did you do any modified diet after adding the vitamin E? My egg retrieval we had 11 but only 4 fertilized and 2 made it to day 3. We couldn't do PGS. I started CoQ10 and continued 2000 units of Vitamin D3 after our BFN last spring. We are OOP so just now starting to think about another IVF. Thanks!

@LeanneB82 I didn't modify my diet, but I was also on vitamin D 1000 units, CoQ10 800 mg, active Bio-B, pre-natal vitamins and baby aspirin. My first egg retrieval I was very sick with OHSS. The second egg retrieval they reduced the FSH dosage from 10 vials to 3. Part of me wonders if that helped the egg quality as well since my ovaries didn't overreact as much as the first time.
