Is anyone planning on using Serena and Lily bedding or have you used it in the past? I found one set on a different website thats marked down a little from their normal prices (around $400 instead of close to $600) so I'm seriously considering it, but I wonder if it is really worth the money for a 3 piece set...I would hope the quality would be pretty good. Anyone have any experience with this? TIA!

Re: Serena and Lily
Their stuff is adorable! But I just can't imagine that it's that much better quality than some other brands. I was shocked at how expensive their stuff is and I was looking at Pottery Barn and similiar places. I think over $100 for each piece is a bit much for an infant since you won't be able to use some of the pieces right away. Just a thought. Good luck. Their stuff is definitely some of the cutest!
Oh. jesus. I don't know why it just did that!
ANYWAY. . .
from S&L for 54.00. I'm NOT sorry that I did this. While the S&L fabric is a little softer (like a *Tiny* bit), the finish and color are the same. We were going to get the bumper, but i've heard such mixed reviews about having bumpers in geeral, and the one I wanted was 350. . . so I just decided not to get it.
Personally, I don't think 400 dollars is crazy, if you love the bedding! I would recommend their products
I'll just add that I kind felt the same way as MBNB when I viewed samples in-store. I bought the Cameron pattern, which is linen. I feel like the quality of this pattern in particular is very high. Some of the other patterns that are cotton, didn't feel very luxurious. Another reason I opted for different sheets.
If you can find a store near you that carries the line, I would recommend checking it out in person--that will help a lot! There seems to be variation among the different fabric types.
