Welcome to the community!
Some great tips for benefiting from this wonderful community:
- Read The Ultimate TTGP Guide pinned at the top of the board. It is full of really helpful TTC advice and knowledge.
- Participate! Join the WTO (Waiting to Ovulate) and TWW (Two Week Wait) threads. This is a great place to let everyone know where you are at in your cycle, rant and/or rave about anything (TTC-related or not), and have any questions answered.
Please introduce yourselves. Share as much or as little as you are comfortable with.

Can't wait to get to know all of you.
Hello everyone! I've been lurking for a month or so now, and I'm excited to finally jump in and join the community!
Ages (you and SO): We are both 24.
How many months have you been TTC? We have been NTNP for about 2 months, but this is the first month we're getting more serious about it.
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? Taking PNV's, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and I just started temping this cycle!
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) I work for an insurance company and DH is in his last year of school. We have been married for almost 1.5 years. We don't have any children, but we do have two cats whom we ADORE...I totally turned DH into a cat person when we got married. Other than that, we are very involved with our church and love exploring our city and trying new things/visiting new restaurants and other digs in our area. We both grew up here but there's so much to see, we enjoy exploring it all.
ETA: Sorry if anything weird is appearing in the post...I am on mobile and I know things look a little wonky compared to desktop view.

I am in my last semester of school for Early Childhood Education and DH is a retail manager. We spent all summer going to our cabin nearly every weekend and we are looking forward to relaxing at home for awhile!
Hi everyone! Very excited to join the community and meet you all!
Ages (you and SO): 28 (me) and 27 (H)
How many months have you been TTC? This will be our second cycle. I actually just got AF today on CD44 so I was hopeful for a bit that I was pregnant, but was getting bfns and so a few days ago I decided to stop reading all those random posts on other sites, join this amazing community, and get serious about trying!
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? PNVs, just started charting on FF, and bought OPTs for when the time comes.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) We got married in August and starting trying on our 3 week honeymoon in Italy (in retrospect, all the stress and travel should have prepared me for a longer than usual cycle!). H is a tax attorney (I know... but he LOVES it) and I'm just launching my own interior design business - a big dream come true for me. We don't have any kids yet, but have a 3 year old lab/pit mix who is the biggest sweetheart and is absolutely spoiled rotten
Looking forward to getting to know you all!

How many months have you been TTC? Just started this cycle.
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? We're just doing things the old-fashioned way, going by the calendar and hoping for the best, so far. We were lucky with DD, but I was a few years younger then, so we'll see how it goes this time!
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) We have one daughter who turned 2 in May. I'm a medical student and my husband is a trained chef who's now a SAHD. We're both pretty active; he plays basketball regularly and I do triathlons and run, and we hike a lot as a family.
Married: 2013

How many months have you been TTC? Essentially NTNP but I'm still breastfeeding and I haven't started ovulating yet
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? PN, HIO (will eventually get back to temping)
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) **TW** We have one daughter which took us nearly a year to conceive (miscarriage on cycle 7 and then some complications related to the D&C). I plan on stopping breastfeeding in November/December if my period hasn't returned so we can actively TTGP. I'm anxious to start trying again because of my age and how long it took us to conceive our first LO. I was active on the board back in 2015 and I'm really looking forward to participating in the threads instead of being a creepy lurker.
Bit about us: we have three dogs - two weimaraners and a chocolate lab, I love running and crossfit and eating chocolate fudge ice cream
Heyyyy TTGP! I was active Oct-April and am just getting back to being able to TTC. Glad to be back in the fight with you ladies.
Ages (you and SO): both early 30s
How many months have you been TTC? We started trying July 2015, **TW** had an early loss in April, **/end TW** and have been benched for several months since then due to travel. I tend to have long, irregular cycles and was diagnosed with PCOS this summer. For this last benched period, I ovulated beautifully on my own three times and I feel good about trying on our own for a cycle or two before going in for medicated/monitored cycles with my doctor.
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? Metformin, BBT, OPK, sex
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.). We love seasonal beer, grilling and campfires, and coffee in our skivvies on weekend mornings.

How many months have you been TTC? We have been actively trying since April of this year. So 5 months.
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)? I was initially charting and taking PNV's but that was about it. I haven't charted in since that first cycle but plan on starting agan.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) I live in Western NY and am work for a non profit doing care coordination (which is like case management). My DH and I have been married since 2007. We started TTCing #1 in 2008 and conceived DD in November of 2009. This after 19 months of basically anovulatory cycles which were generally ended by Provera. DD was born July 10, 2010. We have wanted to TTC #2 for awhile now but the timing hasn't been right until I had my Mirena removed in April. While I was TTCing DD I was active on this board and found a lot of support. I posted briefly in April and May but life made it impossible to continue. I got a BFP in the beginning of September and then experienced a chemical pregnancy a week later. So it's back to charting and TTC again. I want to be more active and post more often.
