Trying to Get Pregnant

Weekend Randoms

Yes, I know it's Sunday and a little late for randoms, but I was just reminded of WordArt and all its glory. Ahhhh! I need this in my life again! That's all. I may be a bit over tired from tonight's shift.

  • @AnnieLovesPups I'm pretty sure we didn't even have computers in elementary school, much less WordArt! Maybe High School! lol

I'm trying to motivate to put up the Halloween lights I just bought. I need to know if I have enough for need to go back out shopping!

i am currently studying for the CPA exam, so my weekend is not much fun!
  • Hmm I need a good new show... should I attempt "This is Us"? Are you guys not ok in a good way? (if that exists, lol)

I am currently on my couch watching netflix, rewatching Private Practice. I am also avoiding the paperwork I told myself I would do yesterday.  That's what I get for bragging about my productive evening on Friday lol

  • @manillabar Yes. The show is really good and there is a cool twist at the end of the pilot that sets up the rest of the show. But it's a trigger so be emotionally prepared to sob. I really like it and will keep

We felt ambitious this morning and woke up early to go on a morning hike with our two dogs. It was beautiful to see the Fall leaves in the mountains. We got a pretty good workout and felt good about ourselves.

Then....we consumed more calories than we burned by buying 25 pumpkin munchkins from Dunkin Donuts and a pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks. #fail

Well, at least we burned some calories before the high caloric consumption of all things pumpkin :)

Never a fail in my book when you get anything pumpkin!!

@GlitterFish, now you have me wondering when it came out. I think it was with Windows 95, but I could pretty much see myself using it at any time (even now). Anything more than WordArt and MS Paint are too much for me to handle. And now I want to play Oregon Trail on the DOS computers. It was always dysentery. :(
