Finally heard back from the RE's office.  We are good to go for IUI next cycle!  The nurse said that I will be on Clomid.  Since we are OOP for everything, I will be using OPK's to save on the trigger shot.  Has anyone else done it this way?  I am hoping that it won't hurt my chances.  I wouldn't mind paying for the trigger shot if it helps us get our BFP.

    No personal experience, but I am crossing everything for you. Digital OPKs take out the guesswork and are what my RE has me using leading up to a trigger. They wouldn't suggest it if it was out of left field, right?

    Just a little update if anyone is curious:
    I am doing a trigger shot tonight for IUI on Monday.

    Went well!  My husband had an excellent count (63 mil) and motility (90%) so we were pleasantly surprised by that.  It has been borderline in the past when he got tested, but not this time!  He said, "must be all the candy bars I've been eating"  Haha.  I had one mature follicle at my scan and a couple of others that might have matured before the IUI, so just crossing my fingers that this is it.  I'm supposed to POAS on oct 10. 
    Had acupuncture today and going back next week too.

    I am going to make my first acupuncture appt soon. Someone recently recommended it.I'll ha ve to remember to check in on the 10th!
