My son has teeball tomorrow morning and we have to go to my MIL's to celebrate the September bdays in the family on the afternoon. Sunday will be filled with cleaning, grocery shopping and yard work. Fun times.

Today is my dads birthday so we celebrated that with a cook out. Tomorrow it's going to rain all day so I will attempt to clean before our friends baby shower in the afternoon. Pending on Sunday's weather we will go to the local apple orchard for Carmel apples,baked goods, feed the animals, and hay rides.

@itsfine I want to plan a trip up north during the fall one day to go to an apple orchard and actually see a real autumn. Florida fall sucks. I get so jealous of fall everywhere else.

@FSUNole31 fall is beautiful here in Wisconsin. Summers are great and so is spring. Winters can be very brutal. I'd much rather winter in Florida if I had a choice

I have a friend's bachelorette party tomorrow night. I'm still working on my cover story as to why I won't be drinking. Being a first time prego, does anyone have any tips for me?!

@wifeinraleigh28..... you have a terrible headache and alcohol won't help. You have an uneasy belly ache. You're doing the 21 day fix and alcohol is not allowed? You drank to much the night before? Or order drinks without alcohol?

@wifeinraleigh28 I think itsfine has some great ideas. I would just try and discretely order my own drinks. Anything with juice or soda is pretty easy to disguise as alcoholic. Hope you have fun!

@wifeinraleigh28 I just went through this last weekend. Are you in Raleigh, NC because that's where I was for the one I attended? Anyways, I just carried the same bud light bottle around all night or ordered a soda water to sip on. No one knew what number beer I was on or what was in my soda water. It wasn't too difficult

I am coming back from the beach tomorrow, boo! Then we have to go to a wedding tomorrow afternoon. I also plan on telling my parents about us being pregnant. I'm pretty excited about that.

I've used the antibiotic lie before. You're on antibiotics and cannot drink on them.

We are visiting my in laws for a big family gathering tomorrow. Sunday we are going to a huge fun pumpkin patch. Then the kids are I are staying with my mom a couple days while my husband travels for work because my mom retired today!!! So so excited for her to be home more!

It's my nephews 1st birthday party tomorrow afternoon (DD's is in 2 weeks!), and tomorrow morning were going to a huge minimocs warehouse sale. On Sunday I'm in the nursery at church and then I'm taking DD to the pumpkin patch and petting zoo!

Tomorrow is my 5th wedding anniversary. We are going to do a fun day trip with our little guy. I'm hoping the weather turns out alright!

I went to an out of town wedding with a group of friends tonight. DH got me several mocktails at the reception, so I could at least look like I was drinking.

We're taking our one year old to a little kid's amusement park. My husband has a very weak stomach so he can't ride any rides. I'm pregnant so don't know how I'll handle rides. And, our friends we're going with don't know I'm pregnant. Oh, and it's going to rain. What could possibly go wrong?!

I'm sure we'll make the best of it and luckily my one year old is easy to please. Have a nice weekend ladies!

My DD has swim class both days this weekend so I'm looking forward to some good naps after class! Also, big plans for a lil Target therapy (we need diapers? Oh! I can go to Target? YASSSSSS!)

Everyone's weekends actually sound really fun! @wifeinraleigh28 good luck dodging the questions! I always get nervous too and this is my second rodeo!

no fun plans here...
Hubby went up north to hunt and take out the dock. DS is sick with fever and cold so I'm home bound taking care of him alone...along with missing one of my close girlfriends baby shower. In laws and sister are all out of town too so my back ups are toast!
Its also my besties birthday and I'm missing Pedi's and an evening out celebrating.
So my fun weekend consists of many snuggles and homemade veggie soup.

I like the club soda idea... I doubt I'll draw too much attention. Honestly the part I'm most dreading is dinner before going out, when I know everyone will be ordering cocktails and it will be very obvious that I'm not ordering one. So I definitely need an excuse! I am also a really bad liar, so I hope that I don't blush or look nervous, which could definitely give something away! Have fun at the wedding!!

Worked out this morning and now I'm relaxing and watching football all day. Hoping my pitiful Gators can rebound from the nightmare that was last week.

@wifeinraleigh28 I was pregnant during my 10 year high school reunion. I told my best friend I was pregnant and her and I secretly passed drinks back and forth. She would drink and hand me her half full beer and then we'd keep swapping until both were empty. She got so smashed but it helped head off the questions.

My children have birthday parties to attend both days. My H is going fishing tomorrow morning. The girls and I will probably go to the grocery store and clean tomorrow.

Well, I had the bachelorette party last night and I used the headache excuse. It also helped me peace out a little early when I started getting too tired. The exhaustion I've been feeling the last week has been unreal! Anyway, thank you ladies for your suggestions. There were times where I thought I was getting a few "curious" looks from my friends, but that could have just been in my head. These same friends will also be at the WEDDING at the end of the month and if I use the headache excuse again I know they will start to wonder. But hopefully there will be too much going on for anyone to notice!

@wifeinraleigh28 we have a wedding next Saturday and my husband and I are already planning how to handle it. We Plan on getting two of the same drinks and keep switching them (which he will be drinking).

@wifeinraleigh28 I drank club soda and cranberry (looked like a vodka cranberry) and club soda with lime at the wedding I was at over the weekend. It worked out fine! The only difficult part was earlier in the evening when only beer and wine was being served. I had to drive to the next location, so that was my excuse then. Only one friend side-eyed me. She tried to buy me a drink as soon as we got to the after party bar, but DH was already up there ordering me one of the faux drinks.
