  • I feel sorry for this thread so I'm posting out of pity. 

    My goal is to get to the pool two times, and eat some veggies every day. 

    My challenge this week is how busy I am! It's my last week at work and I feel like everything's happening at once! Add that to bad sleep and it's hard to get my butt out of bed. 

    Last week was fine but I did not eat enough veggies/fiber and i suffered the consequences! 

    If I was only allowed one food forever it would be pizza.
