My mother in law spent the night on Saturday to babysit while my husband and I attended a wedding. Well, before we left for the wedding, we went to the grocery store to grab dinner and breakfast items. She said "ooo, pancakes and bacon sound good". So we bought them. Sunday morning, she wakes up around 10:30 and says "no thanks, I'll just have coffee. Not really hungry". YOU son of a gun!!!
My SIL... I just can't right now. We have been living with her for 4 months now. DH finally has a job and things are looking up so we are apartment hunting. Praise all good things! Again... I just can't. She never, ever, ever picks up anything. I swear to God I am the only person who has thrown away any piece of garbage in this house since May. Seriously... just throw your freaking wrapper, scrap of paper, using napkin, etc. away! I don't understand. And she just lets her son (10 months) get into EVERYTHING. I get that he is 10 months old... but unless you start picking up shit you are going to need to watch him. He already ruined our computer charger and iPad charger and he destroys all of DD's toys and anything he gets his hands on. Now I watch DD and him at least 20 hours a week completely by myself and nothing gets broken then because I understand that you need to watch him and clean up stuff as it is pulled out. But if I leave SIL alone with them for an hour I come back to a completely destroyed house. And then I have to spend the next 2 hours fixing all the damage that was done. So, let's pray we find an apartment by November!!!

Mold in my girls' room. Right over their beds. No wonder they've had "allergies" lately. And my mom who thinks I need to be the one spraying bleach over my head to kill it.
