IVF Consultation - Questions to Ask

Hi ladies! We have our IVF consult today and I'm wondering what questions I should ask. Those of you that have been through this, what do you wish you had known or asked?

    I don't have any specific questions to suggest.

    For me just making sure you understand why they are making any decisions. There are so many variations on IVF protocols and it's easy to question why your plan is different if you don't understand why. 
    For example I'm on a really low level of drugs because PCOS makes me respond and puts me at higher risk of overstimulation.
    I feel like it's important to trust your Dr but they need to earn that trust by proving they know what they are doing.

    Good luck and take notes, either in there or straight afterwards, because if you are anything like me that initial meeting is a blur!

    Two cancelled IUIs in Aug and Sept '15 due to low motility/count
    IVF round 1: January 2016
    ER: February 17, 2016; 9 retrieved, 7 mature, 7 fertilized
    Day 5 Blastocysts: 5 BB, 1 AB, all normal from PGS
    FET date: May 11, '16; transferred 1 AB embryo
    First beta: May 23, '16: 998!!  Second: May 25, '16: 1648
    EDD: January 27, 2017
