Workout ~5 days/week...just doing SOMETHING on those days. I have fairly low expectations.
Any challenges this week?
SO many meetings and workshops and obligations this week. Just a very busy schedule.
How did you do with your goals last week?
Really well. Yay Fitbit and new gym membership.

eat healthy. It's much easier now that I don't want the goodies and I do want the veggies and I don't want a lot.
Also, I made borscht from DH's beets (and carrots and tomatoes) and it's outrageously healthy and so delicious.
What is your fitness goal this week?
Mon-crap. I fell asleep at my desk and skipped my workout
Tues-swim. Wed-elliptical and strength. Thurs-elliptical and strength. Fri-off or swim. Sat-off. Sun-not sure. Maybe climb and yoga.
Any challenges this week?
So tired. I've been getting no sleep. I'm so cashed.

What is your health/nutrition goal this week?
Get back in the grove of cooking at home. I'm only going to allow us to eat out twice a week (and hopefully just on weekends). And keep my protein intake up.
I guess "health" related is we really need to be better about doing our meditations for our birth class.
What is your fitness goal this week?
Walk at least a mile each day, hopefully more. Still unpacking so I count that as excercise. And try out a prenatal yoga class this week.
Any challenges this week?
We've got a lot of appointments going on. And trying to find the balance of excercise/resting that keep BH at a minimum.
How did you do with your goals last week?
It was out first week in our house. We did well with no eating out. Went on a walk maybe 4 or 5 days. Failed our quiet time/meditation homework.
GTKY: What is still on your to do list before baby arrives?
So much. Nursery is just a room with a crib in it right now. I feed to find curtains and other decorations. We're starting to collect clothes but still need more. Need to get all my postpartum and breastfeeding supplies. Make freezer meals.
What is your fitness goal this week? Get active... at least 2 main gym-type workouts, which is all I will have time for.
Any challenges this week? Not really. I had today off and slept in before I went for a massage and ran some errands. We have week #2 of Birthing Class tomorrow, so no workout. The rest of the week should be alright, and may skip Saturday due to our college's homecoming game being at 1pm and tailgating starting early.
How did you do with your goals last week? Alright... went to the gym for the first time in awhile, although had a diff instructor than I was expecting in class, but I still went. I need to make a better weekly plan. I was also going to go Thursday, but my feet were so swollen that I couldn't wear my shoes comfortably (now remembering that Wednesday was painful), so I opted for a workout at home.
GTKY: What is still on your to do list before baby arrives? Everything. I really need to decide on a crib/dresser and then everything else should fall into place with decor and what else we'll need at the start. I have my first shower in a couple weeks and another one 1.5 weeks after that, so that will also help knowing what we'll get from people and what other things we may need to buy between now and November (DH is gone some of the month due to hunting so the more done now, the better... he doesn't seem rushed).
Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Complete an item on your baby related to do list (i.e. put together the crib, wash some newborn clothes, etc.) I went through the box I got from SIL awhile back and realized that she gave us all of her Dr. Brown bottles! I didn't register for bottles anyway, as a friend is also giving me hers (Tommee Tippee). Good goal though.
