How big is baby? the size of a sweet pea, or a lentil, depending on the app.
Upcoming appointments this week? No, my first is October 3rd.
Any new symptoms or changes? I got really dizzy yesterday. Queasiness is beginning, but nothing too bad yet.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Did anyone else know dizziness can be a form of morning sickness? I read that online yesterday. I had no idea! Eating often and drinking lots of water helped.
GTKY - What is your favorite thing to learn about? I love many topics, but ancient Egypt is a favorite. I love history in general. The Middle Ages in Europe are interesting as well. I love reading about King Henry VIII. I guess I could sum it up by saying history is my favorite thing to learn about.
Upcoming appointments this week?: Counting down the days until October 3rd!
Any new symptoms or changes?: My symptoms seems to be coming and going which alternately makes me happy and then scared.
Rants/Raves/Questions?: I got my HCG level numbers from last Monday and they are really high so I was happy!
GTKY - What is your favorite thing to learn about?: I love learning about anicent Egypt (I spent a month in Egypt), I would have been an archeologist in another life.
Upcoming appointments this week? Beta #1 was Tuesday (544) and Beta #2 was Thursday (1144). Nurse said numbers look great and I don't need any more blood draws. Ultrasound is scheduled for 10/3!
Any new symptoms or changes? Nothing new. I feel like I have less energy, but I also have a cold.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Nothing new, just an update to last week. My nurse never called me back so I just made the decision that I was going to run the race. I did it and completed my goal of under 30 minutes, just barely.

Upcoming appointments this week? I have a scan on Monday at my Fertility clinic. They are gonna monitor me for the first few weeks then I'll switch over to my regular OB/GYN. The first appointment with my OB isn't until Oct 13th
Any new symptoms or changes? I started taking a progesterone supplement and now my boobs hurt so bad.
Rants/Raves/Questions? nothing really yet. I feel like time is passing so slow now
GTKY - What is your favorite thing to learn about? It's hard for me to pinpoint one thing. Things just randomly capture my attention, then I want to learn everything about it.
Me:27 DH: 28 Married May 2012 TTC#1 July 2013 - July 2015 (no success) Again TTC#1: Dec 2015 First RE visit: Feb 2016 BFP: 9/16/16 EDD:5/26/17
Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm having unrelated sciatic back pain which is... zero fun. Literally didn't do anything to cause it.
GTKY - What is your favorite thing to learn about? I like to do deep dives on weird things. For instance, I once watched a 30 minute youtube video on how kangaroos give birth, or I spent many hours researching what life is like in Siberia.
Upcoming appointments this week? I had my third beta on Monday, and I'm scheduled for my first ultrasound this coming Monday morning.
Any new symptoms or changes? Not really new, but really thirsty and a perma-gag feeling in the back of my throat. Brushing my teeth is a little dicey.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Not really. I know I'll always be anxious, but I'm really looking forward to getting a little further on so I can hopefully feel a little more secure about this pregnancy.
GTKY - What is your favorite thing to learn about? I'm with @MollyandD - definitely history anything!
@CajunSnowWhite89 I'm doing the same thing with my RE. Did you just call your regular OB anyway to make your first appointment already? I was waiting for me RE to release me before calling but now I'm wondering if I should make that appointment too... Also, it's a good thing you're on progesterone if you need to be, but I don't envy you those symptoms!
@MollyandDI rememeber some dizziness during my first pregnancy especially if I had been standing for a long time! My first reaction was something was wrong until I went to Dr. Google. I hope it doesn't get bad for you at all
@doxiemoxie212sorry to hear about the sciatic pain =( Also you said that you're 4w4d? Wouldn't that would put you on the Monday ticker change?
How far along are you? 6 weeks
How big is baby? little sweet pea
Upcoming appointments this week? I had one yesterday. I wanted to get blood draws to reassure my PGAL brain but I would have to wait until next week due to the office being closed over the weekend. After seeing my frustration, the midwife did a quick vaginal ultrasound. It measured exactly 5w6d so we're on track at least! Next one is Oct 6. I'm excited for Oct 3rd though and to hear how everybody's appt went!
Any new symptoms or changes? Started to feel fatigue more regularly.
Rants/Raves/Questions? none at the moment, just happy to get some anxiety off my shoulders!
GTKY - What is your favorite thing to learn about? I love learning about the country/city(ies) before I travel there. I am not really a big fan of history/geography and whatnot, but once a trip gets planned, I get all type A and end up learning so much.
Upcoming appointments this week? I called today and my first appointment is scheduled for October 18th.
Any new symptoms or changes? None yet, just a late period which led me to test.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Ugh I have to take a glucose tolerance test BEFORE my first appointment.
GTKY - What is your favorite thing to learn about? True Crime/Serial Killers. Most days that makes me feel like a total weirdo, but I just think it's crazy how some people's brains work.
@redbreast35 We actually got pregnant on a break cycle (which has me scared to death honestly, because after 3 years and seeing an RE for 6 months what are the chances of that?) But that's why I went ahead and scheduled with my regular OB too. But I told my RE that I had an appointment scheduled and they were fine with it.
And I'm kindof a worrier/planner. So I'd hate to be released from the RE and my OB doesn't have any openings for me. I'd rather get it scheduled now and reschedule if I have to.

How big is baby? The size of a sweet pea or ladybug (.25 inches)
Upcoming appointments this week? Next appt is our u/s on Oct 1st!
Any new symptoms or changes? Nausea is slowly starting to kick in, as well ass loss of appetite, and super vivid dreams this week!
Rants/Raves/Questions? Finding it SO HARD not to tell anyone....and just want to start showing and have an ultrasound and just feel more pregnant! Is anyone else feeling this way? I'm sure I may regret it...but on the other hand, just feeling so grateful to be where we are! I also just worry when I don't have symptoms.
GTKY - What is your favorite thing to learn about? I love learning about people - psychology/sociology, different theories, different cultures...I find it all very interesting!

Rants/Raves: New people seem to keep finding out about us being KU. We've asked the few people who do know not to tell anyone else, but that hasn't worked so well.
GTKY: I love reading up on new places. I've got a list of places I want to travel to, and like reading about them. I'm also fascinated with true crime stories.

Rants/Raves/Questions? just feeling very anxious for my ultrasound in a few weeks.
