    Upcoming appointments this week?
    No, I haven't been able to set anything up yet due to being out of the country. 

    Any new symptoms or changes? 
    I've had brown spotting now for several days...trying not to worry about it (not very successfully). 

    Rants/Raves/Questions?
    Anyone else having a strong aversion to something they already didn't like? I don't like mushrooms and now the smell is enough to drive me from the room. 

    GTKY: Do you have pets? 
    One dog and one cat, who I miss like crazy right now!

    How far along are you?  5 weeks (edd 5/23)

    How big is baby?  I had to check, but appleseed.  I still need to figure out how to add a ticker.  

    Upcoming appointments this week?  Nothing until October.  

    Any new symptoms or changes?  Lots of breast tenderness still.  I have a cold, but I don't think I can blame that on pregnancy.

    Looks like appleseed according to others. Still can't figure out how to add a ticker. 

    Upcoming appointments this week?
    Nothing until intake and ultrasound Oct 14th.

    Any new symptoms or changes?
    Starting to have tender boobs, but way, way less then last time. Bloated, tired, and emotional are my biggest right now. I would be okay if it just stays like this..ha!

    Agree with @HowdyAnnie and would love some ticker help! I tried a few times and it never worked. 
    @starphish18 I don't have that this time (yet!), but last time I had a bloodhound nose and things that I didn't like prior to pregnancy (like Doritos) were unbearable to even have in my home!

    GTKY: Do you have pets? 
    I have two 6 year old cats. One is fat with a naked belly and mean to strangers (female) but we love her and the other is skinny and nice (male), but scared of our 1 yr old. The male cat has some kind of bladder issue going on right now and we have had the litter upstairs for his convenience and I am losing my mind vacuuming and washing the floors multiple times a day due to the stray litter. Ugh!

    Mind if I jump in here? I don't have an "official" due date yet because my cycles have been crazy, but I think my EDD is 5/23.

    Any new symptoms or changes?
    Increasing nausea, random breast twinges, super smell, and so, so tired (likely caused by DS though...)

    Still having tender boobs, more nausea this week, and very tired.

    We have 2 dogs. A black lab great pyrenees mix and a pure breed black lab. They are definitely our fur babies.

    Any new symptoms or changes? not really having any symptoms which is surprising since last pregnancy I was so sick.

    Rants/Raves/Questions? not really. Just obsessing over cribs and nursery decorations already. Really looking forward to hearing the heartbeat and making sure baby is healthy.

    Any new symptoms or changes? Breasts are no longer sore - which is freaking me out. I think I've also got the most painful case of gas/indigestion ever - I THINK that's what this is.

    I think this may be the last week I get to participate in this :(  Last week I had my second hcg drawn and it was not rising like it should (First was 1352 and 2nd was 1916 - only 41% increase). My OB tried to get me into see the high risk doc but he won't see me til 11 weeks, so she scheduled an appt for me for this thursday. I'm assuming to do an u/s and see if there's anything to see in there at all.. Last night I had some faint light spotting (mostly pink, but one wipe was like brown-red - but very little) and some sharp painful cramping in my upper left abdomen. Called the dr this morning and she said to keep an eye on it and still come in Thursday - if I bleed worse or hurt more to call her back.

    IDK what's going on - the cramps stopped last night whenever I laid down, and they've not been around  much today at all.. SUPER faint spotting - I have to squint to see a hint of pink on the paper when I wipe. Not sure if this is normal, or the start of a loss...  I think the cramps may be horrible gas - the pain is up higher than my uterus and I've been burping like crazy. 

    This is really just a rant I guess... no real questions just a need to vocalize everything I've been through this past week

    Yes, a horrible australian shepherd and a wonderful cat. :)

    @hezzer78 our answers are so similar. Super excited for my appt this week. Our first time around, DH came to every appt. Now with an almost 14 month old, he'll need to stay home with him.  :/

    I have my first OBGYN appt and an ultrasound!! I'm excited I haven't made it to my first OBGYN appt yet so I'm so excited/nervous.

    Any new symptoms or changes?
    Still little to no symptoms, a few waves of nausea that have only lasted a few minutes and still no appetite

    I'm just beyond anxious for Thursday

    GTKY: Do you have pets? 
    My husband and I have a dog, his name is Captain. He's a border collie/ lab, he's my baby I love him so much he's such a good dog. I can't wait till he's a big brother, he does so well with kids already.

    @hezzer78 FX for you to have a good appointment on Thursday. I'm soooo not an OB expert but I'm doing some Women's health clinicals for NP school right now and we emphasize that spotting and cramping are both normal. The general rule is "bleeding like a period or pain that doubles you over." I get wanting to have low expectations but I'll be hopeful FOR you!!

    None this week but I have my US scheduled for a week from today! So nervous/excited!

    Any new symptoms or changes?
    I was just feeling nauseous previously but the MS has really kicked in over the last 2 days. Always so tired...

    Rants/Raves/Questions?
    Nothing major, just really excited to be able to share our news in a couple weeks! DH and I have been trying to figure out a good time to visit my family (about 5 hrs away) so that we can tell them in person.

    GTKY: Do you have pets? 
    Bearded dragon that my husband got while in college - he's quite cute for a lizard. We're planning on adopting a dog once we're out of our rental house.

    Upcoming appointments this week? No appointments this week. First appointment is scheduled for 10/10/16 and I can't wait.

    Any new symptoms or changes? It feels like most of my symptoms have disappeared. I do feel moist and "leaky" down there and it's really worrying me a lot. I don't see any red, so I'm going to stay calm until my appointment.

    Rants/Raves/Questions? Is anyone else feeling leaky down there and what could it be? Should I be concerned?

    @MrsCPALeslie yup! Same boat. Last pregnancy it never stopped. Used more pantyliners while prego then I ever had in my life.

    Upcoming appointments this week? Nope. Must make phone call though. Crossing my fingers to get into the birthing center I want.

    I did manage to get my flu shot today though. Being around literally hundreds of college students and sharing desks, I figured I should do it sooner rather than later

    Any new symptoms or changes? 
    Way worse nausea. Many more mini-vomits. I may have had a low fever last weekend. Many tylenol days. Missed 3 days of classes because of it.

    brilliant! My pregnancy brain had not managed to think of that! I've just been changing underwear everytime I come home like a maniac.

    No, but we want to adopt an older dog for some furry company- especially if my husband gets a second job and works 4 overnights a week.
