Many of us are staring down the barrel of this dreaded sleep regression and I am curious how everyone is preparing to handle it? What sites have you bookmarked, books have you read and recommend, tips that have/haven't worked for prior babies, etc.
It goes along with leap 4 in wonder weeks and all I can think is just be consistent and not change the routine. I feel like that would just set us back more.

When is leap 4 supposed to start LO is 15.5 weeks. I've gotta download that app ASAP
I'm getting really nervous because LO has just started doing long stretches at night and I feel so much more rested. This is my second kid but I'm no help my son was such a crappy sleeper there was now way he could have regressed at 4 months!
We started 4 month regression early. Naps are fine, but night sleep is horrible. We've had to resort to using the swing to get him back to sleep. I don't like it, but I need to sleep.
I don't really remember it being bad with my twins. Maybe because they were 7 weeks premature and just needed more sleep? Getting close to hitting it with this guy, hopefully it won't be bad this time around either.
My babe turns 4 months on Sunday, for the last week we have been getting up every two hours (or less) to eat. OMG. Where is my baby that only wakes up once??? I'm SO tired.
Mine is just a little over 3 months, I wonder if we are hitting it early.. he used to sleep 5 to 6 hours at bedtime. Now it's like he's waking up every 2 hours and naps are impossible. I have to fight him to nap everyday he screams digs his nails in me and pulls my hair.. omg I'm losing my mind. Especially when he gets mean bc he's fighting sleep.. I've been giving him more cereal in his formula but that don't even knock him out. Everyone told me give that baby some cereal and he will sleep thru the night.. negative here. He will take a 8 Oz bottle with 3 1/2 tablespoons of cereal... I'm not sure on any tricks to this.. me and my husband have just been rotating nights.. only time he sleeps long periods of time is on our chest.. which means we still aren't getting sleep even when he does... it's hard to power thru this but everyday we r making it .. some how!!
