    Probably not the best idea to put your insta information on a public forum; it's usually pretty easy to find your facebook or other information from there.  Women within the forum, nbd, but anybody on the internet with whatever nefarious purpose could snatch it up.

    I'd suggest adding an optional social networking tab to the spreadsheet that we've used - that's not as easily and openly accessed by bots & stalkers.
