  What number baby/pregnancy is this for you? 1/1
  
  What is your occupation or dream occupation?  I am a Customer Service Supervisor for the recycling division of a major waste company.  If it didn't entail horrible hours I'd love to be a party/wedding planner.
  
  Does your/will your nursery have a theme or color combination?  Grey, white and pink with elephants
  
  Have you bought anything for baby yet?  Not much.  We got a book from Daddy to her - Vader's Little Princess.  And a glider for the nursery.
  
  If you have bought things, what is your favorite thing that you have gotten so far?  The Glider
  
  What is your favorite part of pregnancy so far?  Feeling her move is obviously the best thing so far.  And this is going to sound completely crazy, but the weird crying jags have actually been quite amusing.  I am not usually a crier and randomly bursting into tears at a Lionel Richie song or something else ridiculous and then laughing while crying because I know I'm being silly is something I've actually found funny and enjoyed.  Probably because is such a change from my normal self.
  
  Do you have a favorite maternity/baby brand?  I've stuck mainly to Motherhood and Kohls.  They both have pretty decent plus size lines and some good sales.  
  
  One thing you will splurge on this pregnancy?  The glider was probably our big purchase (though to be honest my Grammie gave me the money for the glider - but we were going to buy it either way)
  
  What are your top pregnancy related priorities?  Having a healthy baby.  Getting her out with minimal trauma to either of us!
  
  What is your favorite book?  I love reading so much... The Stand, The Passage series, Harry Potter, Hunger Games and Bridget Jones are the ones I can read over and over.
  
  What is your favorite tv show?  Buffy is probably my all time favorite.  I also like most crime dramas, Scandal and Greys. 
  
  What is your favorite movie?  Ghostbusters
  
  What is your favorite band/singer?  This one is really hard - my taste in music changes a lot.  I really like Jem, Ingrid Michaelson, Taylor Swift, Pink, Adele and Ed Sheeran
  
  Anything else you would like us to know?  This whole thing has been so surreal... I am 38 having my first baby.  I really gave a lot of consideration before deciding to tell my bf that I wanted a baby and then was really not sure that I would even get pregnant.  So I am very excited but also very nervous about this whole adventure.  And honestly, I am terrified of giving birth.  Like, panic attack inducing terrified.  I had a total meltdown after our first birthing class last week where I sat in the car and cried that "I don't want to do this" after the class.  I know millions of women have done it and in much harsher circumstances than the posh birthing center I'll be in, but that still doesn't help me get over my fear!

  Hi there, I love your nursery idea my DD's didn't get a nursery until they were about 6 months, and compromising with DH on decor was a challenge! This time being no exception, we both want to design it!
  And try not to worry too much, I wish there was an easy way to get the baby out, but luckily we live in a time where pain can be reduced and safety is priority. This is my 3rd, overall I'm like 'eh, no biggie, I know what's coming'. But I still get bouts of 'oh my gosh, I'm so freaking scared!'.   @yellingbanana - I put out the paint sample chips for my BF and asked what he liked.  I was looking at the lightest color pinks and he picked all the darkest color pinks.  We have the most completely opposite tastes in everything!  Thanks for the encouragement on birth.  I know that my fear goes past the logical normal fear and into crazy-pants territory and it is good to just keep hearing from people that have done it that it is ok.
