I think at this point almost all of us are out of 1st tri or verrrry close!! hip hip hooray!!

1. How far along are you?

1. How far along are you? 14 weeks 1 day

2. How many multiples are you expecting? Fraternal di/di twins

3. Any recent appointment updates? No appointment until next tues 9/20 for our next MFM/scan, for genders!! I did however get my genetic panel results back, and all tests put my levels within normal range, so I'm very thankful for that!

4. How are you feeling, symptoms, etc? Morning sickness has been bad, I finally started Diclegis last night and feel like a new person!

5. (I took out the bump question since most of us are starting to show!)
Have you started a registry yet? Any registry items you're looking at, or any registry questions for the STM's? I've just been building an amazon list of extra gear we will need, like LOTS of onesies LOL I'm also looking at video monitors, my one from DD needs to be replaced, and I want something I can watch on my phone/wifi since at night we may be outside down the back with the fire/neighbors, etc.

6. Team Green, or will you find out? (or do you already know??) We find out next week hoping they all participate!!

7. Any current cravings or aversions? Chicken noodle soup- I've eaten it 3 days in a row, I even went back to my college ways and bought a ramen multi-pack to keep at work LOL

8. Anything else you want to share this week, or questions, concerns, etc? Just really happy to be this far! My department at work knows, but no one outside of our bubble, so I was at a joint meeting today and they were talking about someone having a baby, so I said "well, it must be in the air" and told them all, it was exciting to have it all out there!

3. Any recent appointment updates? ill update yall later. appointment is this afternoon.

I have not seen the babies since last last Monday! its making me really antsy! and im super nervous....

4. How are you feeling, symptoms, etc? oh gosh. where do I begin, some days its just hard. peesomnia, migraine, sinus, sore nips, I still threw up once in a while. still have heavy food aversions..

Have you started a registry yet? Any registry items you're looking at, or any registry questions for the STM's? kind of started at Buy Buy. DH and I went to look at the big items to see how they will fit. I think we want to sleep them next to us for the 1st few months (like on a bassinet or something) I keep getting mix reviews about regular bassinet or like the kind of tilted ones? What do yall think?

2 little beans.

Appointment is on Friday! We haven't seen them since them in 8 weeks so I'm nervous and excited.
4. How are you feeling, symptoms, etc?
Still nauseous, headache, lower back ache and I guess what everyone is saying is RLP. That stuff can go away lol.
5. Have you started a registry yet? Any registry items you're looking at, or any registry questions for the STM's?
I have registries started at Babies R Us and Pottery Barn Baby. Nothing really big in them right now, once we find out what the beans are, then I will shop til I drop.
6. Team Green, or will you find out? (or do you already know??)
Finding out on Friday as long as everyone is cooperating.
7. Any current cravings or aversions?
I don't have any real cravings. My major aversion is just seeing the toilet first thing in the morning. Triggers me to throw up faster than anything. I don't get it at all.
8. Anything else you want to share this week, or questions, concerns, etc?
Not really. Just super excited for Friday and wishing that I could build a nap room in my office. I need it today.

@mrsyimster in relation to your bassinet question- DD slept in the rock n play right next to my side of the bed the first 5-6 months, it was so easy to scoop her up and nurse her, etc, so more than likely I will set up rock n plays in the bedroom again, or the pack n play and lay them together, i haven't decided that part...but definitely add rock n plays to your registry- i can't speak highly enough about them...it was my lifesaver with DD, and they travel well, and light weight, i could just bring it around the house/bathroom, etc, wherever i was lol

1. How far along are you? - 15 weeks & 5 days

2. How many multiples are you expecting? - 2 little miracles!

3. Any recent appointment updates? - I have another appointment with my MFM next week to check blood sugar levels and check in on the heartbeats. It will just be a doppler as long as she can find both but if they can't they do a quick ultrasound to make sure everybody is hanging in there. My next full ultrasound is October 10th when we have our anatomy scan. That cannot get here soon enough!

4. How are you feeling, symptoms, etc? - I'm feeling okay. Allergies are kicking my butt and I'm still really tired. I'm beginning to think the 2nd Tri energy is a giant myth!

Have you started a registry yet? Any registry items you're looking at, or any registry questions for the STM's? - Yeah, DH and I have gone to look at stuff and compare and get a registry started. I knew I wanted to get it done early so that I had plenty of time to spread out the research and stuff because I work full time and am in grad school (and also moving....somebody get me some crazy pills!). I also think our showers are going to be early, like early December, so we wanted to make sure we had plenty of time and weren't rushed.

6. Team Green, or will you find out? (or do you already know??) - Still team green as long as the babies don't flash something they aren't supposed to during the anatomy scan!

7. Any current cravings or aversions? - I am craving all the fall food. Crock pot roast, tomato soup and grilled cheese. mmmmmmm...now I want lunch!

8. Anything else you want to share this week, or questions, concerns, etc? - Has anybody come across a beside the bed bassinet/cosleeper etc. that would be big enough for twins? That was our initial plan for sleeping for the first few months but none of the ones that I have found seem like they would be big enough?

**Edit because I forgot the GTKY - Probably the team from NCIS. We watch a lot of those types of shows in our house.

@Finallyhismrs07 that tomato soup and grilled cheese is sounding so good LOL I'm thinking rock n plays if they are seperated, or the pack n play at bassinet level to lay them both in together, DD was so tiny in it, that it can definitely fit twins I think no problem

@MrsNap_515 - I have literally had tomato soup and grilled cheese 3-4 times each week for the past two weeks. It really hits the spot!

We are planning to get 2 rock and plays. I hadn't thought of using the pack and play....will have to do some research on those!

@Finallyhismrs07 yes, when we had DD, we were living with my ILs since we were in the process of buying our home, so we were all in the same bedroom, and the pack n play fit in there, so we just used the bassinet level until she started sitting up etc, then lowered it to the bottom, it was very convenient

Any recent appointment updates? yes! i met my MFM yesterday and she's awesome. i'm going to have monthly ultrasounds and close watching which makes me feel good. but, she pushed forward my due date and said i'm actually 5 days behind what my lmp said i was. so bleh. i thought i was finally at the 13 week mark tomorrow, but now not.

4. How are you feeling, symptoms, etc? much better actually. still tired but otherwise i feel really good.

Any registry items you're looking at, or any registry questions for the STM's? we did start a registry at walmart but mainly for us to keep track of the items we want/need to purchase. this is my 2nd (and third lol) child so i doubt i will be getting a shower. but it's there if anyone asks

update: =] appointment was good! the girls are doing good. They love to be close to each other! they have all this room to move but they like to be right up against each other such cuties...

MFM told me to start thinking about asking my work to see if they will let me work from home starting nov 1.

and by December I should be on full bed rest. and my new due date is a scheduled C section on 2/10. which is what we are targeting! 36 weeks! Grow grow babies!!

(but im still a march mom, forever and always)

2. How many multiples are you expecting? 2 little girls

3. Any recent appointment updates? I met with my new MFM yesterday at the hospital I will be doing my inpatient monitoring at. I found out I will go in the first week of November and be on continuous monitoring - which pretty much equates to strict bed rest. A little bummed that's how I'll be spending my holidays, but whatever is best for these little ladies is ok.

4. How are you feeling, symptoms, etc?   Exhausted and scared.

3. Any recent appointment updates? I had an appointment Monday. I'm on a every 4 week schedule. I left feeling disappointed because it was super rushed and i didn't get to watch the babies on the ultrasound. (It was only for heart rates) Maybe that's normal? I guess I don't have a good frame of reference because it seems like everyone has super frequent appointments. I have an appointment at 16 w 5 d, and while I was optimistic that perhaps we might find out the sexes then, now I know we won't based on the ultrasound tech (my practice only has one). I've decided to stop being so upset. The appointment went well. Babies are fine. I am fortunate.

4. How are you feeling, symptoms, etc? I ended up leaving work after being there for less than 2 hrs. Despite going to bed at 7:30 PM last night I am exhausted and achy and have a raging headache. Still tired now that I'm home, but wondering whether I just didn't want to be there... :-/ I need to be careful, as I don't have a ton of vacation time (we don't have separate vacation/sick time) and my doctor isn't convenient to work, so I've been taking appointment dates off of work.

Have you started a registry yet? Any registry items you're looking at, or any registry questions for the STM's? I'm most confused about strollers. Like, if I go with a frame stroller for the first several months, do I really need a full feature stroller, or can I get away with a double umbrella? I don't plan on off roading with a stroller.. and while I DO have a decent size trunk, I need to be able to fit the stroller AND my husband's manual wheelchair. I plan on taking some test drives at Buy Buy Baby, but I've decided to put that on hold for a little while.

6. Team Green, or will you find out? (or do you already know??) Team find out... but my anatomy scan isn't until November 7th (I'll be nearly 21 weeks, they're sure dragging things out...).

7. Any current cravings or aversions? Not really. I'm just happy to be able to eat vegetables again.

8. Anything else you want to share this week, or questions, concerns, etc? I asked my doctor how much weight I should gain (I started overweight, or slightly obese if you buy into the BMI charts...) and she said 20-25 lbs, but not to diet/starve myself. I honestly don't even know if that's achievable? Ideally I'll end up with 14-15 lbs of just baby. I've already gained 2 lbs... I told my boss's boss about the twins this week. He is the parent of identical twins and he told me his wife gained 70 lbs when she was pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OH one more thing, I received my doppler and had no problem finding Baby A almost immediately, I finally found Baby B on Sunday and confirmed during my ultrasound that I was definitely hearing both distinct hearbeats and not just one baby twice. It's too funny, they're literally right on top of each other, like a two flat apartment. I wonder if they'll stay that way, or if they'll move later on?

I think I would go with Doctor Who... ideally the 10th Doctor when Donna was his companion.

@direwolfmini i'm sorry you weren't happy with your visit! it stinks when you get your hopes up! Did the tech tell you he wouldn't be able to know by then? I go back next week (15 weeks) and MFM said he will be able to tell genders by then, I would ask your dr just incase, I know i wouldn't be able to wait that long! I was upset over not getting any gender results back on my genetic panels, and having to wait the 2 weeks for my scan, but i'm down to only a few more days left waiting! The wait is the worst LOL

@MrsNap_515 I've decided to just chill out wait until the anatomy scan. I confirmed with my doctor that they wouldn't before that. I have, however, decided that I'm going to ask to see the babies moving around a bit. Just give me 2 extra minutes!!! For my appointment on Monday, the ultrasound was booked for 30 min and it was less than 5. Yes, 5 minutes. I mean, my insurance gets billed the same amount whether she rushes through or lets me get a peek...

Back to the sexes: I am NOT a patient person. Having an end of the month due date AND having not done genetic panels AND not getting an anatomy scan until 20w5d... I feel like I'll literally be the last one on this board to know!

3. Any recent appointment updates? My appointment was yesterday and everything is going fine according to my doc.

4. How are you feeling, symptoms, etc? Feeling better. No longer need the three-hour naps to get through the day. No longer nearly as nauseous either.

7. Any current cravings or aversions? Anything dairy. I love cheese, cinnamon ice cream, unsweetened yogurt, milk, more cheese, etc.

8. Anything else you want to share this week, or questions, concerns, etc? I spent the last week freaking out because I'm having twins and could only find one heartbeat on my heartbeat monitor, but then everything was fine. I felt silly. Now I'm just happy and relieved.

We have started a registry at babies r us. We are looking at mini cribs since we don't have a ton of space but are having issues finding a lot of bedding options.

We will find out. Had a dream before positive pregnancy test that I would be having a girl. Can't wait to find out!

Love popsicles but no crazy cravings. Just whatever is on TV at the time. Happy to be ok with veggies again.
