My 6 yo is in Jiu Jitsu two days a week, and is playing soccer. It gets crazy on days we have to go straight from school to karate and then right to the soccer fields. And Saturdays are all about soccer games until almost Nov. He really enjoys it though.
My son plays for a travel football team in an extremely competitive league in the fall then we jump right into travel wrestling and basketball then soccer and baseball. It is sooooo exhausting after working all day to be eating dinner at 9:30 at night.
We do! And my husband coaches the team so we cant play hookie! My son does soccer, basketball, and baseball (but never at the same time), and my daughter does dance and gymnastics. Busy busy mom. I hope this baby likes to be carted around!
@TNChick hahaha, I know right. I am already thinking how this baby is going to handle the 2 hour practices and all day weekends at the field. I wouldnt have it any other way though, I love watching my son play sports, even if it just at practice and it keeps him off of the video games.
Not a sports mom, but a dance mom. But not in the creepy TLC show kind of way. My DS was awesome about being dragged around to rehearsals and recitals as a baby. Once he got old enough to walk though...oof. But he'll be in dance next year, too, so then hopefully this new baby is cool with rehearsals.
