My hips have been crunching. Like they feel like they don't fit against my spine correctly anymore and when I walk it's "crunch crunch crunch"- pretty gross, and pretty painful! Heating pad every night saves me lately but I have to wear my support belt way more. OB told me to get religious with it because my hips aren't going to get any better as the babies get bigger
Still throwing up and straight up dreading my 3 hour glucose test tomorrow morning. Like, what exactly do they expect from me on bad MS days, to just not eat and keep barfing?? It's carbs or nothing some days and these babies need me to GAIN weight, no more losing.
I had my first migraine ever on Monday night and I'm so thankful to never have had one before. I laid down around 5pm thinking I could nap really quick while DH got dinner ready. I never made it down, then puked because the pain was so intense. Took Tylenol, didn't do anything. Tried an ice pack on my head, drinking caffeine, a warm bath, no lights or noise, nothing. Finally around midnight I took a unisom hoping I could just sleep through it. No such luck. Called my dr first thing yesterday morning and they prescribed me some medicine. First dose didn't help much, finally around dinner time I felt okay enough to get out of bed. So thankful my husband and MIL were around to take care of DS or I don't know what I would've done.
To those of you who suffer from these regularly, you're amazing and idk how you deal with them. I know of you aren't pregnant there are more options of what you can take, but still. I would much rather go through labor and delivery than that again.
@LastMango I know a good rule of thumb is if it's more than 4 in an hour you should be concerned. I would still talk to your OB though. I did. She wasn't concerned yet but I don't remember this happening until around 30 weeks when I was pregnant with my twins.
Nausea can go to hell. My nausea never really stopped, but the last few days, I've been as nauseous as the first trimester. I hid in the bathroom at work for ten minutes yesterday willing myself not to throw up (...because that always works). I just don't understand why it's so vicious. Acid reflux? Baby pushing? Hormones? I don't know. I just wish it would stop.
I have leaky boobs. It's weird how excited I am though - well until my nips stuck to the inside of my bra. First lesson learned on buying nursing pads. I also had to threaten DH's life, because he thinks it's hilarious to try and squeeze my boobs, which causes even more leaking. He's driving me crazy lately.
Still nauseous most of the time, but only vomiting a few times a week thankfully.
I got my first Braxton Hicks contractions the other day when I had already been experiencing back pain so I freaked, but was reassured by a lovely L&D nurse.
My husband brought home whatever back to school bug is going around at the high school so I'm extra whiny and just want ramen.
So much bloating, gas, and uncomfortable/about-to-explode feelings when I eat a normal sized meal. i'm a vegetarian and I eat super healthy, so I don't know, maybe the fiber or something isn't agreeing with me. I'm officially done with normal sized meals and have started having 7 or so small meals/snacks a day (which feels like way too much work, but it is what it is). I noticed the days I don't eat a real dinner (so, a snack after work and then maybe ice cream or a rice cake with almond butter + choco chips--my fave concoction, at night), I sleep soooo much better/my preg-insomnia goes away. I'm slightly worried that I'll be eating less/it won't be good for the baby, but I'm just going to listen to my body and eat a small meal when I'm hungry.
I always imagined that being pregnant I would just be eating food glorious food all. of. the. time. but between the nausea and now this, i feel like i was so naive.

Dude, for real. I'm in the same boat this week. I have seriously almost vomited spontaneously every day this week at some point. I need this shit to stop!
Round ligament pain that moves around. Last week it was painful on my right side and this week it's my left side. I'm used to walking around three miles a day and it's been painful at time. Getting used to the fact that I need to slow down and can't be a big city power walker right now...
Nausea. Most specifically in the early morning hours, like 4-6 a.m. It's a real blast. On Monday, I puked up white foam... that was exciting and super fun.
My sense of smell needs to calm down. This morning I could smell an unlit candle in another office, and it was making me want to puke.
This little guy is just as aggressive with the kicking as his sister. I love the kicks, it's my favorite part, except when I'm trying to sleep and he's having a dance party.
I think Braxton hicks? I'm not sure. At random my uterus will just feel really tight and hard. I'm like wtf? It makes me waddle....
Other than that I have back pains and.... my TAILBONE.HURTS.SO BAD! If I sit for too long, omg. I even brought one of my couch cushions to work to sit on and that doesn't really work. I have to seriously stick to the 'get up and walk around every hour' rule. Oh my goodness.
Huge hugs to all of you still experiencing MS. I am so so sorry.
My back hurts a lot and bending over is starting to become difficult. I was winded just picking up around the house this morning from bending down. Guess it's almost time for DH to start helping me put my shoes on. I can also no longer lay flat or semi flat on my back without getting dizzy and almost passing out because of the babies cutting off my arteries. I never had this with DS and have had to really pay attention to learn the warning signs.
@LastMango constant Braxton hicks. So frequent it's insane. And they aren't comfortable. One midwife said not to worry unless they feel like labor contractions. Another midwife said not to worry unless they become timeable.
I just started experiencing sciatica for the first time in my life this past week. I feel so bad for any person who has ever told me they had it now. It comes in little flare-ups but when it does, it's debilitating, and I have to pretty much train myself to not sit on certain pieces of furniture or in certain positions to avoid it. Going to see my old chiro next week to hopefully get an adjustment to alleviate it.
I had BH a few weeks ago (starting at week 18 but it seems to have gotten better now that the weather is no longer so hot). For anyone getting those, laying down on your left side in particular and resting does wonders for easing them off... ice water too.

@ThePax89 My OB pretty much said the same. Unless they become painful and/or with bleeding, then no need to worry. To help avoid then, hydrate like crazy and be sure to fully empty your bladder frequently because a full bladder can cause them, too. Weird!
I usually avoid this thread but decided to partake this week. Nausea is still lingering. If I don't take my meds then it's really bad. My pubic symphysis pain is so bad already. It hurts to pretty much do anything and it's still pretty early in my pregnancy. I don't remember having it this bad with DD until a week or so before delivery and then it lasted for about a year after.
Sorry for for all the aches, pains and nausea you are all experiencing.
@HJMorgan I've been dealing with tailbone pain for almost two years (since delivering DD). My favorite cushion to sit on is a wedge with a cutout for your tailbone. Like this one. Have you seen a chiropractor? If you didn't directly injure it it's probably pelvic misalignment.

@LastMango I'm glad you said this! My main symptoms lately are needing to pee constantly and as of the other day, Braxton Hicks (I think). The peeing is really getting out of control though. I left to go for a long walk this morning, used the bathroom literally seconds before walking out the door, and 10 minutes later I had to pee again. I ended up cutting the walk short after a while because I couldn't take it anymore, and on the way home I started to feel really crampy. I couldn't tell if the cramps were just from having to pee or were BH, but what you said makes sense.
Anyway, it's getting to the point where I worry about doing anything where I won't have access to a bathroom within 20 minutes. Ugh.
Also been having more hip and sciatica pain, but staying active seems to help that a little. As does stretching a lot and sitting on a stability ball.
Ohhh, I'm going to look into that! I just got confirmed today that my job is going to provide a new chair with more padding to help out. If that doesn't work I am definitely getting this cushion.
I've never actually been to a chiropractor... I probably should try. lol
