Age: 28 Where we are in the process: We were diagnosed with both tubes being blocked and minor case of MFI so we jumped right into IVF via ICIS. We are currently on BCPs getting ready to start a new cycle at the end of Sept. hoping for ER first week of OCT. Not sure when we will transfer depending on if I get OHSS again. We are praying that this new cycle can be our lucky one!!
A little bit about us: We have been together for almost 5 years now. We met at the car dealership he was working at while my satellite desk resided. Since then we have been attached at the hip. We are just best friends and we love getting into any adventure we can get into. We love being outdoors, kyaking, hiking, jeeping, to name a few. We have 4, yes 4 dogs and we are finally ready to add some small humans to the mix I LOVE cooking and baking and he LOVES eating my food so that is a great combination hehe. Also I am from Knoxville and love anything that is University gear or Orange and White!

My swap experience is a little different. The best thing I got out of it is a friendship with my new buddy Katy. We connected instantly and have been chatting almost daily ever since. She's an amazing person and I'm so glad I got to meet her!
So onto my box - first it was completely stuffed full of amazing things! So many really special and touching pieces. First is a beautiful bracelet that honors my lost baby girl (totally made me cry). I will treasure it forever. I also am completely blown away by the wine that my partner MADE and that I intend to enjoy with my new wine glass! Then a ton of cool Halloween stuff including Oreos and a movie that I'm going to watch this weekend! I also received a beautiful zebra print blanket that I am currently wrapped up in! Journals, chocolates, yummies, and face masks are gonna make this weekend amazing!!!
I'm so overwhelmed by this whole experience. I adore Katy and I'm so grateful that she sent me so much love! I will cherish every part of this and most of all, our friendship!!!
My box came at the perfect time and was so thoughtful! I found out today I have a two day hospital stay after my upcoming surgery. So I am definitely bringing that comfy blanket, superhero socks, and coloring book with me!

Like @jwg9101 said the best thing we got out of this swap was a new friend. We talk almost every day, and having someone to talk to that is going through IF is great, and a lot of help. With that said I did get my box today! I love everything in the box and I can't wait until pj time so I can wrap up in the blanket. And who wouldn't love the monkey? Im a little late posting because I received it Wednesday, but I think I was meant to open it a day later, especially after the day I had yesterday!!
Even my DH loved the box and all the goodies! Im so glad that we got to do this, it really does make for a great day!!

My swap experience is a little different. The best thing I got out of it is a friendship with my new buddy Katy. We connected instantly and have been chatting almost daily ever since. She's an amazing person and I'm so glad I got to meet her!
So onto my box - first it was completely stuffed full of amazing things! So many really special and touching pieces. First is a beautiful bracelet that honors my lost baby girl (totally made me cry). I will treasure it forever. I also am completely blown away by the wine that my partner MADE and that I intend to enjoy with my new wine glass! Then a ton of cool Halloween stuff including Oreos and a movie that I'm going to watch this weekend! I also received a beautiful zebra print blanket that I am currently wrapped up in! Journals, chocolates, yummies, and face masks are gonna make this weekend amazing!!!
I'm so overwhelmed by this whole experience. I adore Katy and I'm so grateful that she sent me so much love! I will cherish every part of this and most of all, our friendship!!!
