Anyone else 4 weeks pregnant and feel like they're going to get their period?

I found out I was pregnant on Friday and should have gotten my period yesterday. Since last night though I keep feeling like I'm going to get my period and start bleeding. I keep having cramps like my period should start. I feel really paranoid because I had a miscarriage in May. Just wondering if anyone else is getting cramping like this this early on, it's pretty consistent.

I have cramps on and off. I did with my last pregnancy too, and the early cramps weren't related to my loss 4 weeks later. Cramping is normal as your uterus expands, but at this stage, you can't visibly see the growth outside of your body yet.

I've had off and on cramping too. Sometimes they feel like period cramps, but they are brief and go away in a minute or two.

Im 6 weeks today, but have had them the past few weeks. It's like @mollyandd said - just the ole uterus gettin' bigger

I'm also 4 weeks (5 weeks tomorrow!) And the cramping is relentless! The cramps move all over, sometimes it's lower like menstrual cramps and sometimes it's above my belly button...I'm not complaining, I'll take this over morning sickness!

With my son I tested because I had cramping for 2 days but no period. This time I tested early so I knew before but I still had cramping on and off. Not quite as bad but I'm sure it's cause my uterus doesn't have to stretch as much.

I felt the same for about a week. Just keep waiting for it to come but it never did. Cramping is normal during the early stages of pregnancy.

Yes. I am 4 weeks and have been having so much cramping. I feel so paranoid that my period could start at any given moment, but so far it has just been cramping and no bleeding. My last pregnancy also ended in m/c, so it is so hard to stay hopeful and positive.

I am 6 weeks and no more cramping now, but had a ton at 4 weeks. Had it with my first pregnancy too, past 6 weeks I believe. Totally normal!

I haven't had any cramping which is weird to me because I usually do. The only time I've cramped is right after we dtd.

Holy moly, that is exactly what I am going through over here. This is my third pregnancy and I don't remember it being like this for the others. But yes, totally normal. Praying for sticky babies

I had constant cramping weeks 4 and 5. Then I hit week 6 I cramp maybe once or twice a day if at all.

I know with both of my previous pregnancies I always had cramps when I wasn't hydrating enough. So this time, I'm already trying to be super conscious of drinking enough water! Maybe try drinking a little water and sitting down for a minute to see if the cramps will subside.

Lots of cramps around 4-5 weeks. A lot less during week 6

4+4 here and I get a little here and there. Because of a previous loss, also back in May, I get that its hard to relax. I did notice that when I started to drink more water, they were not as bad.

I'm a little over 5 wks and have had very minor cramping. More like little twinges off and on.

Same with me. Since the day my period should have started (a week ago), I've had light cramping. Sometimes it's just a heaviness, if that makes sense...not painful, but feels different than normal. The first couple days, I kept running to the bathroom to make sure my period wasn't coming. I tested pregnant on day 1 of my missed period, but I still didn't believe it... Haha. First time!
