  • My goal is to hit the gym 3x this week. Last two weeks I've managed 3x, with 1-2 of them being just walking laps in the pool. It feel so good because it gets all the weight off my hips for a little bit. Peddling on the recumbent bike is getting harder because my hips hurt so bad. 

    Otherwise I'm focusing on more protein and fiber and getting 3L of water a day (harder than it sounds!).

  • I managed to go to my barre class last Saturday, and I felt like I needed a medal/award/recognition or something. LOL.

    I also got to do a nice long walk with DH yday.

    I'm hoping this week, I can make it to one more barre workout and more nice long walks with DH.  

    More importantly, I need to just eat less crap and more fiber/fruits/veggies.  
  • @TurtleMomma and @annabenanna You guys are great.  I've completely given up on working out.  I'm sad that it's going to be 12 weeks of laziness (I stopped working out 2 weeks ago, have 4 weeks to go before my due date, and then 6 weeks of recovery), but I just don't have the energy to wake up at 4:30 to work out.

    My driving force is that it's the only kid-free time I get generally and I'm paying the extra $10/mo for childcare at the gym so by God I'm going to use it!  :D
