Otherwise I'm focusing on more protein and fiber and getting 3L of water a day (harder than it sounds!).
I also got to do a nice long walk with DH yday.
I'm hoping this week, I can make it to one more barre workout and more nice long walks with DH.
More importantly, I need to just eat less crap and more fiber/fruits/veggies.
My driving force is that it's the only kid-free time I get generally and I'm paying the extra $10/mo for childcare at the gym so by God I'm going to use it!
