What is your fitness goal this week? Make it to the gym/workout 4 times this week.
Any challenges this week? We painted over the weekend, and my shoulders, back, and arms are still sore. Today I'm using it as an excuse to lie low, but I plan to get back in the swing of things tomorrow.
How did you do with your goals last week? Hrmmm...ate like crap and only worked out twice, so pretty poor.
GTKY: What is your favorite fall tradition? Growing up, I loved carving pumpkins. Now, I enjoy taking the boys to the local pumpkin patch.

What is your fitness goal this week? Workout at least 3 times. Tonight, I plan to go to Zumba and also may try to hit up class on Wednesday or Thursday, too.
Any challenges this week? Not much going on this week, which will be nice. DH has a big test to take for work to get compliance certified for part of his job, so that is Wednesday morning. If he passes (I think he will, he's super smart with that sort of stuff), we may go celebrate that night. We also need to find time to buy a nephews birthday present for his party Saturday, but may do that Friday night after we go out for supper with my parents for my dad's birthday.
How did you do with your goals last week? Alright. I would have liked to have worked out an additional time, but I decided to go research baby registry stuff after work instead. But, I did manage to get some lower body workout in once I got home while watch TV... so I guess I count that. I walked around a lot Friday and Saturday, so that counts too.
GTKY: What is your favorite fall tradition? We started having an annual pumpkin carving party 3-4 years ago, which has been fun. I don't know if we'll do it this year with time and other stuff going on... but the nephews really like it. We mainly let them paint pumpkins at their age, and the adults do the carving. Otherwise, I love decorating the inside of my house with all things Fall!

Mon-Elliptical and strength, Tues-swim, Wed-stretch and strength or walk, Thurs- elliptical and strength, Fri - unsure maybe yoga, sat - swim, sun-off
Any challenges this week?
Fatigue and discomfort and fear of splitting abs. Though I feel confident in my ability to complete workouts when the excuses are just excuses but skip them when I really need a rest day
How did you do with your goals last week?
Workout - okay, I did most of them but skipped a swim due to fatigue.

I love corn mazes!!! I'm gonna look one up today and we're gonna go!!!

I eat pretty healthy, but I should probably start upping my protein intake.
What is your fitness goal this week?
Workout 3-5 times this week. Do more cardio. Seriously. I'm going to do this. I just paid for a membership at our employee gym, so now I'm financially obligated to wake up at 5:30am to work out. And I'm hoping to have a fitbit in the next couple of weeks so I can guilt myself into doing crap.

How did you do with your goals last week?
Bleh...We were on a trip over the holiday, so that made things more difficult. Does walking around an airport count? Because I did a ton of that. And I attempted to run yesterday. I made it a mile before my pelvis felt like it was going to split in two.
GTKY: What is your favorite fall tradition?
I LOVE when it's chilly enough to set a fire at night. It's SO cozy!
