Why can I only sleep from 6 am to whenever I have to wake up (usually 7)?!? Ugh! Glad it's almost bedtime and a Sunday so I can sleep in and get more than one hour!
Everything went ok. Kaylee is in the NICU until further notice. She was born via c-section at 11:49 am on Sept 10th. She's just over 16 inches long and weighs 2lbs 15oz. She has been breathing just fine on her own, has a feeding tube and an IV. Today, they started feeding her what little I've been able to pump and she is handling it well. That's all I can think of right now. Here is the most recent picture I took of her when I walked down to see her.
@BluMommy she's adorable. Hope you can be home all together very soon!

Ahhhh, everyone else already said exactly what I want to say so this will sound like a broken record but @BluMommy she is SO precious. There really isn't a better word to describe her.
Nightmare after nightmare after nightmare combined with the peeing and permanent discomfort means I should probably just give up on sleeping. Will baking cookies at 4 am make me feel better?
Anyone get BH so painful that they can't sleep at night? I got mine to finally subside at about 11pm and tried to sleep in bed with DH but they kicked back up. Along with much more watery leakage. Back to the couch.
I have been to the OB four out of 5 days this week and have been fine. These cramps didn't even register on the NST. I just want to sleep.
So sorry you have to deal with it too. This is me ALL the time @mizzkbrat... the medication my Dr gave me doesn't even touch it. I always had heartburn due to my herinia but this is just beyond horrible and the medication that does work, I can't take. Hope it subsides for you soon!!

@mizzkbrat and @sportiegrl1213 I got a little break from the acid reflux but it is back and worse than ever! At night every time I change positions I feel the burning roll across my chest and up my throat. So awful!
My child decided to come screaming into our room at 2 a.m. crying inconsolably. He then peed through his diaper all over me and that led to a new crying jag because he didn't want me to put him down to change him. He finally fell asleep cuddled up against me in our bed, but I couldn't get comfortable in the 10 inches of space left on my side. So now I'm on the couch staring at my phone thinking about how tired I'm going to be running errands. It might be time to invest in a king-sized bed.

I love our king sized bed. I really didn't want to fork out the cash, but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. I can't even count how many nights I've had a sick kid in bed, and still was able to thankfully sleep cause there was enough room when they finally fell back asleep.

My in-laws keep telling us we'll need one. We keep saying "no, no. The kids won't sleep in our bed." Guess whose kid has slept in our bed five of the last seven mornings? It's easy to say no at 8 p.m. Not so much at 3 a.m. since a denial means my husband, son and I will ALL be up for hours.
We couldn't survive just the two of us plus the dog without our king bed. It was one of the first purchases we made after we bought a house! DH is like a furnace and radiates way too much heat to be close together. And somehow our 20 lb dog takes up more space than we do??

We upgraded to a king over Memorial Day weekend. Mattress One had all sizes for the price of twins so we didn't have to break the bank. We could never go back!
We got a warranty replacement of our tempurpedic mattress right before 3rd trimester started. I asked if we could get a king size of similar value to replace our old queen size (8 year old mattress that had developed a dip in the middle) and they said sure! BEST decision ever. Thank you tempurpedic for awesome customer service & policies.

Exactly to this! It's easy to put them to bed when your not trying to sleep yourself but in the middle of the night I'm like Eff it, and throw them in the middle, but they know the second they start messing around there going back to their own bed, so most times they curl up and go to sleep.

Man I cannot sleep tonight. FI is snoring his head off, baby girl is rolling around and jabbing me so much tonight, I cannot get comfortable. I think I'll be calling in today. I've seriously slept maybe an hour and my alarm will be going off in 45 min. I think I overdid it yesterday with the cleaning and my body is letting me know it. Ugh
Re: Bumpers in the night
