1. 8 weeks!

2. Raspberry

3. Next week--ultrasound.

4. My nausea has dropped off in the last five days which is kinda freaking me out. Also boobs less sore at the same time. But still have constipation, bad taste in mouth, dizziness, insomnia, food aversions, gagging on my toothbrush each time.... Holding on to those good signs!

5. Rant: people feeling hurt they found out we're pregnant through a third party (who did not have permission to tell) when I didn't want anyone to know yet anyway. Come on, people. Seriously? Especially after a loss, it's our news to share how we want and when we want. And it's too early!

Oh and Fall shows: not really. I only do Netflix and Hulu so I have to wait for everything to come out there. The Mindy Project and New Girl, I guess.

How far along are you? 8 weeks!

How big is baby? pygmy seahorse

Appointments this week? nope not yet.

Symptoms? nausea is still going strong. sore boobs, heart burn, and lower back pain.

Rant/Rave/Questions? my older sister announced that she was pregnant yesterday. i am really excited for her since she had a loss at 6 weeks earlier this year. I am also really excited to be able to share this journey with her. Although my sister announced before the test even dried, we're still waiting until after our first appointment.

GTKY: Are there any fall tv shows you are excited for? The only show we watch as it airs is The Walking Dead. We have Netflix/Hulu for the rest of them.

Symptoms? still so, so tired. And nauseous but otherwise okay.

Rant/Rave/Questions? not really. I'm done with feeling crappy, but it comes with the territory so I'm dealing okay.

GTKY: Are there any fall tv shows you are excited for? the new Kristen Bell show looks like it may be worth checking out. I'm more of a Bravo junkie so no new shows there this fall.

Appointments this week? None yet. First appointment is 9/19 with ultrasound. Cant wait to see this little nugget!

Symptoms? Still very nauseous and so so tired. I remember the fatigue with my previous pregnancies, but the nausea was never this bad. The bloating seems to be winding down and boobs aren't as sore though.

Rant/Rave/Questions? My husband tries to understand but doesn't doesn't know what it's like to feel so awful all day long. I have 3 boys and he's been working late almost every night. The house is a mess and I need help!!!

Appointments this week? Nope

Symptoms? Nausea and vomiting in full force, plus I'm freezing cold and tired all the time (apparently this is because my iron is ridiculously low), I'm still feeling kind sad, but not so blah as I had been- more of a feeling sorry for myself because I feel like crap and don't want to do anything sad- so I see that as a plus.

Rant/Rave/Questions? My work peeps have been really awesome the last few days with how useless I am at work, and they won't let me carry anything so I'm all for it right now. But some of my students have already hit my last nerve and we are only 3 days in.

GTKY: Are there any fall tv shows you are excited for? My PVR records a lot my there aren't too many I get around to actually watching. I enjoy Grey's Anatomy so I'm looking forward to that. Although I was pregnant the last time April was, and that was not goof fot my emotional state. I'm interested to see what Designated Survivor is like.

Appointments this week? Very first appointment is Monday...

Symptoms? Exhausted, dizzy, lightheaded, sore breasts. Nausea just began on Monday (a bit late, no?)

Rant/Rave/Questions? This is my first pregnancy and I'm concerned because it took nearly a month after LMP for a BFP and other than being tired, most symptoms took awhile to appear. Hoping to feel more settled after Monday's appointment, and then we can start telling our families.

GTKY: Are there any fall tv shows you are excited for? Hmm... when does Quantico return?

@megjosweet About a month after your LMP sounds right, especially if you have a longer cycle. I'm 33 days so I don't ovulate until around day 19 and the you need at least 8 days post-o before most pregnancy tests will detect HCG. My BFP would have been 27 days after my LMP.

Had my viability u/s on Thursday. Baby looks good!

Symptoms?

Nausea, vomiting, fatigue, bloated. Overall, just feeling sort of yuck.
