My daughter is 8 months old she has three teeth soon to be 4 one on top two on bottom she won't stop grinding them and grinding them hard what should I do?
I don't know what to tell you, but my daughter does the same. It drives me nuts. Mill be following this thread to see if anyone has any ideas (or doctor's thoughts.)
I read online that it's a phase they are just learning because they went from gums to hard things in their mouth so they are just trying to figure it out it says It shouldn't do damage and they will grow out of it and to let your dentist know at first appt. Just so they can check for signs of wear on the teeth. I haven't really heard our daughter do it to much lately so hopefully it will just come and go for a few days when new teeth pop through.
It hurts my teeth to hear it! I put my finger up to his lips and blow raspberries and say no baby. I try and get him to imitate me with the raspberries. His top tooth isn't even fully erupted yet. Ughh
