    How far along/How many weeks PP? 37 weeks

    How big is baby? Romaine lettuce or honeydew melon 

    How are you feeling? Eh. Hip pain, some cramping, BH, would love to sleep without waking up 3-4 times. Little man's kicks are painful at times. He is a strong one. 

    Upcoming appointments? Today for 37 week and to get GBS results

    Rants/Raves/Questions: we installed the car seat the other day which was one of the last things in our list other than hospital bag which I will probably finish packing last minute. We are going to a going away party this Friday for DH's cousin who is going to veterinary school in London and it will be nice to see his family and her before she leaves. 

    GTKY: What is your favorite picnic food/recipe? Fried chicken and potato salad

    How far along/How many weeks PP? 37 weeks

    How big is baby? Growth ultrasound yesterday said 7lbs and a few oz.

    How are you feeling? About the same. No sleep & up every 1 - 2 hours, hip and back pain, tired.

    Upcoming appointments? I'm going in 2x per week for elevated BP now so Friday. 

    Rants/Raves/Questions: Found out yesterday (at the ultrasound) that this little stinker decided to flip head down within the last few days and to even out growth-wise. Had been mentally prepared for and plannig a RCS due to breech position and big shoulders/tummy. I'll have to confirm with my OB but the perinatalogist thinks that I now again have a 50/50 shot at VBAC. I'm really torn about what to do. And don't have much time to figure it out. I suspect we'll be seeing how things go and making a decision as things unfold. He's already keeping things interesting!

    GTKY: What is your favorite picnic food/recipe? BBQ Hamburgers!

    How far along/How many weeks PP? 37 weeks

    How big is baby? My ticker says watermelon. (It's also a day ahead). 

    How are you feeling? I'm alright... had my first ever BH last week but trying to stay hydrated/get used to it. Get irritable, tired and out of breath easy. 

    Upcoming appointments? Today at 10. 

    Rants/Raves/Questions: Well I'm baack! And I think I used to update on Tues so this is my first Wed. With the other two kids, I was not dilated or anything whatsoever until 39.5+ weeks, and DS was born 40w3d. Last week she said "dialated a tiny bit, but baby is still so high to feel anything." Confirmed head down. Not expecting any change today, but wishful thinking baby comes a few days early. Kinda hate that my dr is 40 min away..makes for an all day event. 
    We're also TG and do not have names picked out! I've been stressing!

    How big is baby? Totally baby sized...I think a big one at that!

    How are you feeling? Feeling good. Worst part is not sleeping and I am soooo ready to meet my daughter!!

    Upcoming appointments? Today for BPP no stress test and routine appointment 

    Rants/Raves/Questions: I'm not doing cervical checks until I'm in labor or 41 weeks since I don't see the point and would just be disappointed if I go overdue and am dialated but it would be nice to feel like my body has got the show on the road! I'm not having any Braxton hicks that I've noticed. Had a migraine the other day hope that's a sign of hormonal changes to bring on labor!!

    GTKY: What is your favorite picnic food/recipe? I'm eating potato salad by the pound lately!!!

    Hey ladies! How did your appointments go??

    Mine went well. Found out I'm GBS -, so that's awesome. OB said that if I want she will check cervix next week and if dilated stop membrane. Not sure if I want that or not at this point.

    I'm GBS- also... Hooray! She said as a thirdTM I may not make it to hospital in time for abx anyway, so that's one less big thing I have to worry about. She tried to check me again but baby is still "too high" for her to even reach. Mine apparently don't ever drop!

    Congrats ladies on being GBS- that's awesome! I declined cervical check @ my 39 appointment and didn't think I'd want any until I was in labor. After a lot of bleeding and scares in early pregnancy I just didn't want to deal with any bleeding resulting from the check and I was also worried that knowing how dilated I am would drive me crazy since you can still be dilated but go overdue... but I was checked and swept @ my 40 week appointment and I'm glad I did it. I'm only 1 cm dilated by 80% effaced, it makes me feel a little better knowing that something is happening even if I don't feel it! The doctor thought we should have a baby before next Wednesday, but if we don't we're facing induction...which I'm doing everything to avoid.
