OPK Confusion

Im very confused!  My doctor has been doing blood work and ultrasounds this cycle.  Based on that info she predicted I would ovulate on Saturday.  I was getting big fat negatives with my OPK until this morning when I got a blinky smiley.  She wants me to go for blood work on Friday.  Is it possible the OPK was wrong? 
Me: 31
DH: 33
Married 6.18.2011 <3
September 2014 started TTC
dx:  unexplained
7.16 HSG normal
Considering changing doctors because of the length of time

    I have no idea..  if I was you, I would call my Dr office and ask.  I always did OPKs with my IUIs, and my first cycle I got a + before my ultrasound.  I called the office and we did the IUI the next day

    I have no personal experience with this but I would suggest (just like starlitfae) that you ask your doctor.
