Intro, 2nd loss

I had a mmc and a d&c 4/1 and then found out I was pregnant 8/23. I had my hCG levels taken because of my last loss and my numbers were low but slowly increasing. I also have hypothyroidism and when my TSH was checked my level was elevated so the nurse told me that I didn't have a good chance of this being a successful pregnancy, but I was hopeful anyway. Today I was told my hCG level decreased with more cramping/spotting so that means I had a mc. I'm not sure how far along I was because my cycles have been all over the place since the d&c. So this is now my second loss and I'm just waiting to fully miscarry. We have no living children and these were my first two pregnancies.

I said it in the pregnant after a loss board but I can't say it enough how sorry I am. I have lost all of my 3 pregnancies and I know how you feel, it's really heartbreaking and discouraging and it just plain sucks. My best advice to you would be don't blame yourself, these things happens, we tend to carry the blame but always remember it's not your fault. I hope you can find peace.
