  My favorite is Alexa, followed by Alexis.  Alexia reminds me of dyslexia.  I'm pretty sure Alexei is traditionally a male name.

  This. Alexei was on one of our boy middle name lists.

  Alexia for me.
  
  Alexa is feminine, Alexis is traditionally masculine but has some history of being unisex, Alexei is allllllllllllll penis.
