Lactose Free Milk

I am ready to introduce milk to my LO. My son is lactose intolerant, so we buy lactose free milk for him. I am cheap and don't want to have to buy three separate kinds of milk. Do you think it's okay to give to LO?

    Lurker from October here but I don't see why it wouldn't be ok, but you'd probably save money buying regular for LO and lactose free only for your son
