It feels like Fall here in Indiana! I'm so excited! And DS1 turns 2 next Saturday so excuse me while I go cry in the corner

Symptoms?
Back pain sucks. My hips feel like they are stretched to the max!
GTKY: Any Labor Day plans this weekend?
We headed downtown last night for a food truck festival and tonight we are going to see the minor league soccer team play. DS1 also has a birthday party today. Just a relaxing weekend with the family!

Upcoming appointments? Not this week, but next

Rants/Raves/Questions? DH brought up a good point about asking our parents and his brother to get flu shots this year, but also Tdap. Has anyone had their family get Tdap? It makes sense to me, since it's likely that the moms will be coming for extended periods of time.

Symptoms? Just the same old acne and damn back pain.

GTKY: Any Labor Day plans this weekend? Work! We open the college this weekend! I don't think I have ever had a Labord Day off in my professional career. But it's OK. I earn pretty good vacation hours.

@littlebirdie28 absolutely. We had my parents and any close family get it. DTap is so scary for newborns and being that close to cold season I would insist. It's so easy to get it taken care of at a minute clinic or prompt care too. We are having everyone do the flu shot this year.

24 weeks today

Size of a cantaloupe

No, but US went well last week, and I still don't know the sex of the baby

I am soooo not looking forward to the glucose tolerance test!!! My OB skips the one hour and goes straight to the 2 hour/3 blood draws.

Leg/foot cramps, but haven't been too horrible yet. Plus hungry all the time.

Dh is in the restaurant business so we miss many of the "holidays". I'll just be hanging with my 14 month old.

Upcoming appointments? Yes! The 6th. Yay.

Rants/Raves/Questions?
@littlebirdie28 yes! All of our family members got them when I was pregnant with DD1. Anyone that planned on spending any extended amounts of time with her in the beginning got their TDap. They all had them recently when my niece was born too.

Symptoms? Sciatica is no joke this pregnancy. It's been pretty awful this week.

GTKY: Any Labor Day plans this weekend? Today is my cousin's bachelorette day! We are getting lunch out this afternoon and going to one of those painting classes tonight. I'm so excited. She picked a picture of a pig wearing pearls for us to paint!

Tomorrow is a normal Sunday morning at church and then we are visiting family and having a cookout Monday!

What size is baby? lettuce

Upcoming appointments? on Tuesday I go see the MFM doctor for an ultrasound and consultation about some spots in Baby's abdomen and my shortening cervix.

Rants/Raves/Questions?

Symptoms? generally sore and achy. Not sure how much of it is from being on bed rest, so then when I do get up I feel extra sore, or what is just normal pregnancy stuff.

GTKY: Any Labor Day plans this weekend? my brother got home last night with his girlfriend (first time he's bringing someone home!) so we are going to my parents' for a family BBQ today. Hopefully DH will finish painting the dresser for Baby's room tomorrow. Otherwise, just hanging out at home since I have to be laying flat most of the time.

Tuesday, regular check up. But I've been having loads of Braxton hicks, sometimes painful, mostly they just breathing difficult.
Rants/Raves/Questions?
I feel like I've become useless, all I want to do is lay down, sit down, read, and be comfy. My herniated belly button aches with activity and standing. I'm so nervous for the next couple of months.

Symptoms?
My boobs are still like rocks, the Braxton hicks are making me uncomfortable, but I love feeling Lucas move around. He's all mine right now

GTKY: Any Labor Day plans this weekend?
Well, my grandpa passed away this morning. I went to say goodbye to him, then went to my moms for support. We have been making plans as far as funeral/cremation, and contacting family and friends. It's going to be a long weekend.

@littlebirdie28 my husband and I get the Tdap, but that's it. We don't usually get the flu shot, but my DH has to now as he is working in hospitals and his job requires it. My mom usually gets the flu shot, but the kids and I don't. Just personal preference.

How many weeks? 27 weeks! Last trimester. Holy crap!

What size is baby? a bottle of sriracha

Upcoming appointments? just a check up on Friday.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Nope.

Symptoms?TMI.......My vagina is still the worst. I am going to have the midwife check it Friday because the rawness and pain is getting difficult to deal with no matter what I do! They said I might be having problems because of swelling and then rubbing due to increased blood flow but I'm literally bleeding its so raw down there. Sigh. I passed my GD test but they found low iron, which explains my extreme wonk as of late, so hopefully the supplements will see some change in that. Other than that pregsomnia is killin' me! My fitbit says I only get like, 3.5 hours of sleep on average. not sleeping through the night is a pain.

Upcoming appointments? Nothing this week... but the next week I have to do an hour long glucose test. These appointments are so awkward, for teachers.... all these questions like do I need to get a sub? Should I just have someone cover my class? Or maybe I will get back before my classes start? I dunno.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Just love feeling little girl move around all day... it's ridiculously awesome

My mom and dad have sent me so much stuff from my registry this week, I've had lots of people give me baby clothes and various things... Feeling very loved!!

Symptoms? Where do I begin? Hip pain. Back pain. Total fatigue. (Maybe low iron?) Some of it I'm sure has to do with going back to work after relaxing all summer. Pregsomnia. Forgetfulness!! Can't think of words while I speak. Still dealing with nasal congestion.

GTKY: Any Labor Day plans this weekend? My husband is a college professor in music, and we always do a labor day cookout for his students and a few colleagues. It's fun!
